What a JOKE! Wouldn't refund my money after 3 days. I had to report and take them up with my credit card. They have No one to get in touch with by phone. They actually harass you if you get mad. Everyone liking my page had no posts or followers..🤔

The methods they did with me did not work. It was not legitimate because you will see the likes but then the views won’t match with the likes I’ll show that you have much less views than the followers they provide you don’t have any following or any pictures showing that they are real people that is basically a waste meta instagram ad campaign is more legitimate, even though you will have trolls, but rather have that than people that don’t even exist

We hired Verified Blu to get us followers and week after week they kept saying they are coming since September 30th
I text Jay and as always he is cocky and rude and refuses to cancel so we are left with no choice but to contact our bank to dispute my partner Ryan with Clearing Radio had similar issues

Refused to assist and take accountability when the service did not perform as advertised. Became hostile and refused to try to resolve the issue.

The truth is they pay fake accounts to like your posts or something along those lines. Their are absolutely fake accounts that will like your posts. And that's it. Not worth the money.

Just cancelled their services. Fake accounts, zero engagement. I had the micro influencer account to try the service and two weeks later, I get follows and likes from accounts with zero posts, that don’t see my stories, zero comments or messages. Waste of money.

They use bot accounts and then deny it. All of the followers and likes are from accounts with 0 posts from foreign countries

This company is a joke! They use false advertising to get you hooked, but it’s all a lie. I received no net new followers and they don’t stand behind their so called “guarantee”. They will take your money and run, without any real benefits to your marketing efforts. Do not make the same mistake and save your hard earned money.

This company is a total scam! The advertise “zero free”, “satisfaction guaranteed”, “full refund” if you’re not happy, with “no questions asked.” All of that is a complete lie. They flood your account with bots and NO result. Stay as far away from these scam artist as you possibly can!

This has been the worst company I've ever worked with, any good reviews that you see about them are fraudulent.

Their service is a complete scam, and they breached their refund policy despite providing ample evidence of no results. Alongside that the account manager that I was staffed with was extremely rude, and the admin support panel as well.

If you are considering utilizing any of their services I hope you may be swayed not to as you will be scammed.

Don't do it! It's fake followers! Don't waste your money

Using AI super fans has been a game-changer for my Instagram. The followers I gained are genuinely interested in my content, and my organic reach has seen a noticeable increase. Fantastic service with real, lasting results.

Have been repeatedly requesting cancellation in writing for nearly 12 months. They continue to charge. They also refuse to refund. I’ve had to dispute their charges with the credit card company and block them.

Total scam. Perhaps it was a dumb idea, but I wanted to share my travel adventures with people who may be interested so I figured I'd give it a try. Every single follower they generated for me was fake. When I reached out to my account manager, I was told they are in-fact real. I sent screenshots showing several of the accounts, which either had zero posts or one photo (often a man's name with a woman's picture), and the accounts with a solitary photo were all posted the same week (march 19-march 22). Several of the accounts were even flagged by IG for investigation. The entire thing is a joke. Everything they promise is a lie. Lesson learned.

Total scam.. they advertise to help you reach your niche .. after a brief interchange of messages I told them I wanted Spanish speaking people..

On day two I had got 80 people xtra followers .. none of them Spanish speaking so I reached out to express my concern they told me they are just reaching general people and after some time they would niche it down.. and that it takes .. I told them I prefer very slow growth of Spanish speaking people than random accounts .. anyways y decided to wait for the seven day trial to finish .. at day five I had around 300 more followers, none of them Spanish speaking .. most of them with Ai regenerated profile picture .. generic names .. and then I noticed three of them even had the same exact phrase in the description .. with three dots .. so I realized it was a scam .. and asked them to stop and requested a refund .. they refused the refund and said they were going to continue working for the entire month ..

Today is third week .. two weeks ago I reached 826 folllowers .. before them I had 298 .. but I had not uploaded any content because I realized they only interact and like with reels .. not with stories .. and I was in the hospital .. so I did a bunch of stories from the hospital .. and the ones who interacted were my preview Spanish soaking followers ..

Even worst the Number is steady in 822 to 826 every day I have 8 to ten followers .. and I loose same amount so I have more than 200 unfollows /. Even when I asked them to stop .. and they said they would .. I get automatically some followers every day… off course accounts are not in Spanish ..

Overall it was a waste of money .. they did not honor the seven day deadline to refund and and they just wiped their butt that not a single follower since them is Spanish speaker..

My repeated requests for a strategic discussion over the phone, which their own website promotes as a preliminary consultation, were met with a steadfast refusal—Jay insisted on text-only communication. Are they even in this country? This approach not only raises serious concerns but also neglects the crucial need for a dialogue to understand a client's unique goals and desired outcomes.

My ordeal with this company has reached an appalling low. Upon requesting a refund, they bluntly stated that my account was ineligible due to the already initiated 'engagement campaign,' a stipulation mysteriously absent from their website. Their bold guarantee, "Zero Risk. Satisfaction Guaranteed. If we can't help you get results, we'll refund all your money. No questions asked," rings hollow as my dissatisfaction mounts—fuelled by the glaringly inauthentic results and the lacklustre customer service from Jay. Let's be clear, I am very dissatisfied with the results received. The results are FALSE. The promise of 24/7 support is yet another disappointment. To distill their abysmal process:

1) Consultation was a farce, no real communication, just a cursory text message inquiring about target demographics.
2) Targeting is non-existent; there's barely any interaction or coherent strategy in audience targeting.
3) Growth through an influx of spam, bots, and AI profiles that superficially 'like' but never engage meaningfully or contribute to tangible business growth.

In the months since I've been managing my Instagram, I've never encountered spam—at least not until my entanglement with Verified Blu. Steer clear of this company if you value your time and investment. Their unwillingness to collaborate, their opaque strategies for organic growth, and their blatant disregard for their own refund policy in the face of customer dissatisfaction are all indicative of a business that doesn't deserve your trust or money.
