Consistently fab
I consistently have great experiences with VRG GRL. I genuinely love their clothes, the styles are on trend but still wearable, and the quality has always been solid for me.
Their loyalty program is actually worthwhile and easy to use, returns are straightforward and hassle-free, and the website is one of the easiest fashion sites to navigate. I especially appreciate the detailed sizing reviews and transparency, it makes online shopping feel far less risky.
I also want to shout out the staff at Warringah Mall, they’re always friendly, helpful and make the in-store experience really pleasant.
Overall, a brand that clearly puts thought into both their products and customer experience. Highly recommend.

Don't order from the UK unless you are 100% sure.
I am severely out of pocket after ordering two items from the UK. The items I received were so oversized that they were unwearable, even when pregnant. Subsequently, it cost me over £30 to return these from the UK, and I lost a further £20+ in taxes which VRG girl said are not refundable. Customer service not helpful at all. Do not order from this site unless you are 100% sure of the fit and suitability of the items.

Hi Julia! Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience, confusion and out of pocket costs you have experienced. We understand how frustrating this has been, particularly with fit expectations and international return costs. Our Customer Service team has reached out to you directly and is always more than happy to clarify our returns policy, tax refund terms and conditions and assist with personalised sizing recommendations, so you feel fully informed and confident before purchasing in the future. Thank you x

Beautiful Pieces and an Amazing Shopping Experience!
I absolutely love shopping with VRG GRL! Both the in-store and online experiences are always so positive. The team is friendly, the vibe is great, and their clothing is consistently beautiful, unique, and amazing quality.
Their rewards system is also fantastic — it really makes shopping feel that little bit more exciting and appreciated.
Honestly, I wish I could afford to buy even more of their pieces to showcase on my social platform because their styles deserve to be seen and shared. Highly recommend VRG GRL for anyone who loves standout fashion!

Sitzt gut, schöne Farben, qualitativ enttäuschend
Ich habe bei VRG GRL das "Aftersun Linen Mini Dress Bloom" (112€) in Größe S und das "Vintage Lover Tie Back Top White" (60€) in S bestellt.
Lieferzeit: Am 1.

I love buying from VRG GRL
I love buying from VRG GRL. I love that it is an Australian brand. I love the styles and the outfitting of the product, I even love the different accessories they put with the outfits. I would absolutely buy the shoes, should they bring in range of them online. It is refreshing to see a brand play with printed fabrics and beautiful fabric textures. The cuts are great and I love wearing them, along with the compliments I get. The shopping experience on line from beginning to end is seamless too.
