With a previous translation service, we would wait weeks for just a simple translated page. Verbatim is much different. I submitted a 4 pg Indesign File with many text boxes and tables. Supriseingly, they made all the French fit in place of the English and nothing looked out of place. I didn't need to change anything. The service Verbatim provides is a real time saver and worth the price!

I initially called in for some general information and Joss Moss was very friendly and informative. It took a little time to workout the approval internally, but I turned the project right around to Joe. The team there was able to get it back within the timeframe stated.

We paid over $1000 to get about 10 documents translated and things were translated weirdly. In particular, I had a Puerto Rican Mortgage statement translated and all of the "dollar signs" listed in the document were translated as "5"s. and everything was off scale. I had to refer back to the original document to get an idea as to which amount went with which heading.

Many times my company needs translations for instruction sheets for items that need to be shipped quickly. I always receive them for the date I requested and never have to stress about it.

(For reference, the translations we needed were a few short sentences in six different languages.) Turn-around for both the estimate and translations was fast. We needed to add another language after we received our original translations, but Verbatim was able to get us another estimate and the new language translation in almost no time. At the end of our project, we sent our translations back to Verbatim to review and make sure nothing odd happened while being added to the final graphics. Turn-around for that review was also very fast (less than 48 hours). I am very satisfied with my experience with Verbatim and I will definitely send them our next translations.

My law office has seen a huge increase in the need for translation services. Verbatim staff is friendly, efficient and speedy. Most of our material is translated and returned to us within 1-2 days. No need to look furher - we've found our home at Verbatim!

Responses to my emails were quick and well-informed. Translation was delivered on time and was high quality.

Verbatim got our translations back to us very quickly, and our Account Manager was always able to be reached via email or phone. Unfortunately, we were extremely unsatisfied with our actual translation services. As a specialized government contracting company, we have had issues with translations in the past, and happily turn those critiques around to the translators and get a better final product back. With Verbatim, we pointed out specific terms and phrases that were incorrect, and asked for a re-translation. The translator changed the entire document back to their original translations, and disregarded any critiques we provided. We ended up having to translate the document ourselves. When the invoice came and we told Verbatim that we weren't happy with their services and weren't willing to pay, we were told "the services were good enough for us". We will not be using Verbatim in the future.

The customer service is excellent, their translations are complete and affordable, and the turn around time is practically magical. They exhibit high standards. What they do helps me to do my job with less stress.

I now we do not do volumes of work with Verbatim, sometimes my requests for translations come only as one phase per job. I can imagine how I might be considered a nuisance customer...but I certainly don't get that feeling. All my requests are treated with the same importance and urgency, whether it is a large document or only one sentence that requires translating. I feel spoiled with their prompt turnaround, like I am getting special attention. I certainly appreciate their customer service.
