Ventur Luxury Travel Anmeldelser

Aimi organised and booked our flights and tour of Japan. From first going in to the store to all the last minute questions I knew we were in safe hands. Wouldn’t hesitate to use Ventur Luxury travel and would definitely be talking to Aimi next time we want a high end holiday.

Jane booked our Easter trip to San Francisco and Las Vegas. Nothing was too much trouble and everything came together nicely for a perfect family vacation.

Jane and the team at Ventur consistently provide first class service and really care about ensuring our holidays are special. Can’t recommend them highly enough. M & M

Our first big family adventure to Disney World Florida felt daunting to book ourselves. We were recommended Ventur Luxury Travel by a family member. Sue was fantastic from start to finish. She listened to what we wanted and we were amazed at how fast she came back with tailored options for all we wanted within our budget. She was so patient with us as we had many questions along the way! The holiday was all that we dreamed of, and more! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this travel company to anyone, in fact we already have!

Just returned from a fabulous break at The Grosvenor House Dubai, I would recommend this place unreservedly, we had a 3 bedroom suite, it was fantastic, the restaurants, pools and hotel itself was faultless but the hotel hung that made this stand out for me more than any other stay I’ve had in Dubai was the service!! Every person we interacted with was at the top of their game, nothing was too much trouble. So whatever your reason to go to Dubai, consider this place, you won’t regret it

I have worked with Aimi for a couple of years now and she has never failed to organise us anything but a fantastic experience whereever we have visited. I absolutely trust her extensive knowledge of destinations and her attention to detail from the start of the holiday to the end is spot on. I wouldn't trust anyone else to sort out my holiday plans now.

The whole experience from booking with Ventur Luxury Travel to getting home was excellent.

The hotel in Milni was superb, a lovely quiet location with good access to Dubrovnik and Cavtat either by bus or ferry. Perfect spot for a week away with leisure and sightseeing options.

We booked our first holiday with Jane Catchpole in 2015; our requirements can be quite complex with a mixture of accommodation, in several locations and using various forms of transport. Nevertheless Jane took the time to get to know and understand us, tailoring a package that met our requirements perfectly.

This efficient, friendly and personal service that Jane and the rest of the staff, at Ventur Luxury Travels provide, is just one of the reason we keep returning

Over the years we have become good friends with Jane, Sue and other members of the staff so booking a trip is like sitting with friends discussing ideas to create the next adventure but walking away with confidence knowing that Jane will pull everything together enabling us to relax and look forward to our adventure.

We cannot praise Jane and the rest of the staff enough for helping us with some wonderful trips that will stay in our memories forever. Thus we have no hesitation in recommending this excellent company; we will certainly keep using them.

We have been booking holidays & excursions with Jane for approximately thirty five years & can’t recommend her highly enough.
Jane has become a trusted friend never letting us down.
Whenever we travel she is always there to support & always follows up before & after a trip.
The rest of the team including Sue are always on hand if Jane is unavailable, but we have to say that’s very unusual.
Great service ten out of ten.

Paul Thomas was excellent at all points of booking, both professional and caring when changes had to be made.

We have dealt with Jane Catchpole for years, always receiving top notch service and since she’s been with Ventur the situation is no different. Nothing is too much trouble for Jane or anyone else for that matter! We wouldn’t dream of using anyone else.
Thank you to you all for your patience as we can be quite demanding!
I would recommend without hesitation.

Great service throughout, our consultant Paul provided us with lots of options for our holiday to Cyprus within the budget range we gave him. The attention to detail and the ease of communication made the whole experience a pleasure. We never had to chase for information, updates or tickets etc as he and the team were highly proactive. Furthermore using his personal knowledge of the area Paul was able to make suggestions of places to visit while we were there. which was a real help. We will certainly use Ventur again without hesitation as we cannot reccomend them highly enough.

Building trust with a travel agent is a real bonus. Jane has provided help and advice for a number of years and it’s great to know we can rely on her for all our travel plans.

I have been booking my holidays through Sue Pye for over fourteen years. I have always found the service she provides fantastic. Sue goes the extra mile to find the perfect locations and accommodation to suit our requirements. When the pandemic hit, Sue dealt with everything that was needed to either rearrange our planned trips or organise refunds on our behalf.

Ventur Luxury Travel is the best Travel Agent, we would recommend them to anyone, very friendly helpful and welcoming staff, especially Sue who is not just our Travel Agent but a good friend now too, we've used them for years and will continue to do so for as long as we travel, Sue and Brian
