Great Product! Fast, dependable service.
I have two LW45's. This year I have purchased two new units. These replace units that I purchased 20 years ago! My Steinway "L" Grand Piano is in great shape largely because these LW45's have kept the humidity up during the dry winter months. Many

Great easy to clean humidifier
This is the second Venta I've owned. The first lasted about 10 years and never stopped working, but I replaced it. I have a piano which needs to be kept at a constant humidity in a large living room and it does the job. No filters are involved.

I have had the venta 45 running…
I have had the venta 45 running continuously on high for 14 days or more and the humidity measures only 35% or less. The room is only 350ft2 which is way smaller than this machine is supposed to handle. Maybe I will just return it and try another make.

We are sorry to hear that your humidifier is not reaching optimal results, but will be happy to help troubleshoot. Your humidifier should be placed on the floor with a clearance of 18-20 inches on all sides, including above, for optimal airflow. If the room opens up to adjoining spaces that can not be closed off, such as stairways, hallways, or other spaces, you will need to factor in the additional square footage to calculate the total coverage. It is unusual that after 10 days the humidifier has not reached at least 40% humidity, and we will be happy to provide additional suggestions on proper placement and operation in order to maximize the performance of the unit. Idiot delivery person, left box on front doorstep right on the sidewalk! This is a big city! You do NOT leave packages on the front stoop if you want them to be received. Just pure pure luck that it was not taken. Ring the bell and WAIT to be buzzed into inner lobby to leave packages. Tell your boss that it takes time. Venta should find another way to deliver or have products available at retail outlets like you used to do!

Best customer service experience ever
The product (LW45) is very high quality and have worked without fault for years.
Now we had to replace a small part and contacted the international service department via the form on their web page. Within a working day, a local dealer contacted me with all necessary information and a link to the exact product I needed. The spare part was very reasonably priced and is already on its way.

My second air washer
My second air washer. Gets rid of odors and makes heated air comfortable. My first one was used for 7-8 years. Prevented dry skin and nose bleeds, things common for me with heated air.
Only thing I regret is that the price has risen substantially.

Regarding the price increase, Venta North America maintained the same pricing for nearly two decades, despite the continued rise in manufacturing costs. With proper maintenance, however, Venta Humidifiers are comparibly inexpensive to traditional humidifiers which typically need to be replaced every year.
