Borse bellissime, per carità, ma il costo non è giustificato vista la pessima qualità. Questa pelle “vegana” è praticamente un similpelle scadente, che si spella e perde colore solo guardandole. Le ricomprerei solo in sconto almeno del 50.

Soddisfattissima sia del prodotto che del customer care.
Ho ordinato una borsa in limited edition e mi è arrivata in una manciata di giorni - peccato che fosse leggermente graffiata in un dettaglio (cosa su cui avrei potuto anche soprassedere perché era una cosa visibile in controluce perlopiù) e senza tracolla (problema più grande perché senza manico).
Ho immediatamente scritto all'assistenza e con rara celerità Bon ha avviato la spedizione di un pacco sostitutivo, senza nemmeno pretendere il reso di quella fallata.

Il secondo pacco è arrivato con altrettanta velocità e stavolta tutto perfetto!
Ora mi ritrovo una borsa "da battaglia" che posso usare in totale libertà senza paura di rovinarla, e una nuova che quasi quasi metto in una vetrina a fare bella mostra di sé.

Customer care da 10 e lode, fossero tutti così.
Sicuramente comprerò di nuovo.

I love these bags. Soo very different. I have four bags now. Very impressed with quality. Orders always delivered quickly and very well packaged. My only complaint is that I wish they would not send me emails with pictures of more bags!! If you like different….Vendula is for you

Good lord their customer service STINKS! I had a super simple question about whether a bag was in stock in the London store and my emails and Instagram messages were completely ignored. Then when I finally got an answer to the phone, the customer service person was openly rude and said I should email instead. I explained that I had but no one had replied, and could they confirm stock in the store. They refused to answer.
Do better Vendula.

A Vendula wallet I received as a gift deteriorated significantly despite minimal use and being stored only with cards and cash. Customer service acknowledged the issue but offered no remedy beyond loyalty points. Sharing my experience so others can make an informed decision.

Non appena è arrivata,ho immediatamente chiesto di fare il reso(a mie spese,come da policy dell' azienda.Ho speso 15€!) perché la qualità della borsa non mi piaceva assolutamente.La borsa è stata spedita il medesimo giorno in cui è arrivata, è poi giunta a destinazione il 22 dicembre ma ad oggi(16 gennaio) nessun rimborso.La loro risposta è che devo aspettare 2 settimane... seriamente??Sono passati 26 giorni,cosa devo aspettare?? Fortunatamente klarna ha messo in pausa il pagamento altrimenti oltre il danno(borsa di scarsa qualità) avrei avuto pure la beffa!

The bag is sponsored as hand made, but once purchased a "country of manufacture:china" will appear in the order page. I purchased it for a gift and then I had to return it and they ruined the gift and my christmas.
Once arrived, you will be able to check for yourself how the PU Leather is the lowest quality, basically cheap plastic. All the decorations are not how they appear in photo and are just flat and wit bad colors. I will NEVER buy again, I feel scammed. Probably the bag can be found in some chinese shop for 5$

Terrible shipping and non-existent customer service. Don't buy. I'm still waiting to find out where my package is and if I'll ever get my money back. My wife's Christmas present fell through.

Love this handbag company for its fun designs that alway get a compliment. It is made of vegan leather which means it is perfect for gifts, whatever the age of recipient. Have bought presents for people all over the world and they now collect Vendula bags too. Every design is a winner. Very reasonable prices.

2 taschen und einen schultergurt bestellt, der gurt ist nicht verstellbar und zu kurz. die taschen zu klein und nicht alltagstauglich, zu umständlich zu öffnen und riechen unangenehm nach chemie da sie vegan sind, das machen andere marken besser. dafür zu teuer und rückversand muss selbst bezahlt werden, ca. 16€. angeblich bekommt man das geld nach 2 wochen wieder, jetzt ist meine tasche schon knapp 4 wochen dort und schon zweimal geschrieben aber jedes mal nur eine standard antwort erhalten, werde nie wieder dort kaufen, keine ehrlichen geschäftspraktiken und nutzloser kundenservice. hoffentlich bekomme ich mein geld über paypal wieder.

Appalling experience with "customer service". I emailed them when I had to return a bag because my friend already had it, and I wanted to purchase a different one - no response. So I checked their return process online, followed it, sending back at my own cost and informing them - still no response. Cue weeks of emailing, phoning, being disconnected - forwarding the proof that my return had been delivered to them - finally getting a reponse from CS that basically said only one person is working so sorry - then an email saying my case was closed! Er, still no refund! I had to open a case with Paypal and then resort to social media to actually get my refund. My friend LOVES these bags, but I would honestly never ever shop with this company again. Their complete disinterest in customers is absolutely off the scale - at the very least their processes/internal comms are completely unfit for purpose. I shop a lot - but never again with Vendula.

I invested in a beautiful bag for my mum. She was 'scared' to use it and put it on her shelf for a year!!

However, this Autumn, she realised how perfectly it matched her new coat, thought s-d it, let's start wearing it.

She wore it twice, got lovely compliments and then the metal part of the strap attached to the bag snapped! She had just a purse, some keys, tissues in the bag. It was not overloaded.

She tied a knot in it and carried on her day. But when I saw it, I said to her, this can't be right - a bag costing over £100 that snaps after two wears.

I wrote to the company, detailing the whole thing, with photos.

I honestly thought they would be disappointed themselves to hear about the snapping of the strap on such light use and would want to rectify the problem straight away.

Instead, I was told, 'great news, you can purchase a new strap here' - with a link to buy one.

Now it wasn't expensive, at £10 + P&P. But it wasn't the point.

Despite me having written a detailed, polite note, they didn't show any concern at their own product quality or inconvenience to me or my mum.

I wrote again, saying I shouldn't have to buy a new strap, surely as a matter of goodwill they should send me one and also 'look into' if their product is faulty, or poor design etc. In other words they should care about their customers and the longevity of their products. Incidentally I'd bought another bag (for me) when I bought mum's, so I had spent a decent amount.

BUT instead of them writing and saying, we understand, we're sorry and you're on this occasion we will send your mum the strap as a matter of goodwill....they just stated that, as it's out of warranty, I have to simply buy a new strap.

Then they went on to say ' we hope you are satisfied' and closed down my 'ticket'.

I was infuriated. I felt so dismissed and couldn't believe the company would do this, for the sake of what would amount to less than £10 for them to make a customer very happy and return again.

I wrote again and said how disappointed I was, stating that at this stage every time my mum got a compliment for her bag, she would probably end up saying something like "I know it's gorgeous isn't it, but look it snapped straight away...".

Instead of saying, "I know it's gorgeous isn't it, I did have a slight problem with it at first, but the fantastic company sorted us out straight away, no problems".

BUT that email's response? None! I got completely ignored. Then a day later an auto email came which said 'your case is closed'.

Absolutely terrible customer service. And honestly I expected better from an independent British company.

I run my own business and every customer is treated with respect and gratitude.

So very very disappointing.

Had multiple rivets pop off bags and was told I would get a $20 coupon for issues with a $340 bag.

A joke. I literally owned this bag less than 8 weeks.

Just taken delivery of the New York phone pouch,it is gorgeous so well made and the attention to detail just love it,all I need now is a nice phone to go with it.
The delivery was fantastic as well really fast will use again for sure.

Ordered an item for a friend's birthday online. Easy to order. Confirmed and despatched the same day. Delivered within 48 hours. Well packaged. The quality of the purse is the best. If all the products are this good, they're onto a winner. 5 stars 🌟

I love the bags & owned a few but the fancy strap that I bought separately is not adjustable & way too long, I stand at 5'3". My bad for not checking the description thoroughly prior to ordering. Its a pity that I have to cut out quite a bit of the strap that has fancy details just to shorten it.

I reached out to Vendula regarding options for repair or replacement of the handle on my Grace bag. The handle has split and cracked along its entire length, resulting in the covering detaching and exposing the underlying padding.

The bag has been consistently stored in its protective cover and used infrequently. Considering the limited use and proper care, I am surprised and disappointed by the premature deterioration of the handle. I believe the bag should uphold the standards of quality and durability associated with your brand.

Vendula’s response was as follows: “Unfortunately, as the Grace Bag’s handle is not detachable, we don’t hold any spare handles for this style and so we’re unable to offer a replacement part. All we can really suggest is to either talk to a handbag/shoe repair specialist to see if they'd be able to re-coat the fabric for you, or we've seen some people use something called cotton handlebar tape with great results! I've also personally used fabric or a scarf to tie over the handles to cover imperfections, and it can really elevate the bag to a new level.”

This response indicates that there appears to be ongoing faults with Vendula’s products that customers have sought independent solutions to, even though the fault is with the quality and longevity of Vendula bags.

Customer service with this company is non-existent. So be aware if a fault develops after the first year, or after 6 months if the purchase was a sale purchase you will receive no support.

Considering I have bags that are decades old and in better condition than the Vendula bag I would not purchase from this company.

The designs and customer service both online and in the London shop are really good. The gal at the shop was very helpful and showed me a few of your new designs.
I have 6 or 7 Vendula grab bags plus one Coronation Bag and I love them all!! The compliments I get from people are a reflection of Vendula's creativity.

I love my Grab Bags but definitely prefer the two handled zip grab bag over the current one handled bag with the metal clasp. The two handles plus zip design is definitely more secure than a single handle. I do not feel secure with single handle and clasp design because it all rests on the one clasp. If that clasp should break or fall open, you are out of luck. With the two handled design, the zip doesn't need to be fully closed and the contents of your bag are still safe.
Please can you review this with your design team and bring back the double handled zip grab bags in the near future?? Thanks for listening!!

Massive fan of Vendula. My beautiful bags always get compliments wherever I go. Recently purchased again and despite having a warning it may be a few days to dispatch etc my bag arrived really quickly. The packaging and presentation is amazing, really luxurious and well done. My bag is a piece of art, quirky, fun and hard wearing. I use my bags daily and they are still looking great. Sale prices are exceptional too. Thanks so much! Will be begging my hubby for another one (or two) for Xmas ! :-) x

Commande passée, sac jamais reçu. Aucun service client.
Commande enregistrée, mais le sac n’a jamais été expédié (le suivi est bloqué depuis des semaines). Malgré plusieurs relances, aucune réponse du service client. Aucune information sur un éventuel remboursement.
Une expérience déplorable. Cette boutique semble peu fiable, voire douteuse. À fuir absolument.
