It was so easy and everyone was so helpful.

We were very difficult in wanting to do things that did not totally fit in with the norm. We were attracted to the tour by the fact it was based in Chantilly, not some soulless high rise hotel in a Paris suburb. Marc could not have been more helpful and accommodating in making sure everything worked smoothly for us. Everything worked like clockwork and we had a brilliant weekend, great racing as well as other interesting things organised. Marc and Neil were well informed and good company, and were always available for help and advice without being intrusive It was a perfect sized group, and everybody was involved in the racing industry in one way or another which made it a very interesting few days. Would definitely book with Venator racing again if the occasion arises. It was a huge success.

Just back from Bordeaux for the Wales v Fiji match. We were invited by our tour representative to join a tour bus there and back from the game. The bus was part of the Venatour schedule for guests at a neighbouring hotel, and had many seats available. Travel to the match was fine but the bus failed to turn up for the return journey. The Venatour representatives took charge of the situation and organised taxis back to the hotel saying "Venatour will reinburse you fully, ask for a receipt but you probably won't get one".
We asked for a receipt from the taxi driver but he just shrugged his shoulders, spoke something in french and took the money.
I've made the claim to Venatour but they refuse to pay because we didn't get the receipt.
It wasn't a great deal of money but they didn't keep the promise made.

Excellently run tour - friendly staff, supportive and present throughout without being invasive. Everything laid on for us - travelling made easy.

Tremendous experience with Venatour for the recent Ireland vs England six nations rugby. All of the pre-event arrangements and information was easy and well communicated, the team on the ground were visible, helpful and super-friendly and we had an amazing time. I'm recommend 100% and we will be booking again through them in the future.

This was my first time using Venature to celebrate my son’s 40th birthday. Exceptional service from booking through to completion of the trip. A fantastic experience for the final 6 Nations match in Dublin with the added bonus of seeing Ireland winning the grand slam. Definitely in the diary for any future trips.

Have to say the attention to detail is outstanding. You've linked bookings together and have made sure our requests are fulfilled on now our second trip booked with you without asking. Now looking forward to traveling with you and let us know when the lions tour is available

I have done many Six Nations Rugby Tours with Venatour and each one has been run impeccably. The staff (from top to bottom) are super friendly, always making you feel welcome and it is genuine pleasure to be on one of their trips. Just been to Dublin and can't wait for the next one!!

Just got back from the White Turf Horse Racing in St Moritz with the trip organised through Venatour sports travel. The organisation, friendly atmosphere, entertainment were all second to none. We had a great trip thanks to Marc and his friendly and knowledgeable approach. We would definitely recommend to anyone who wants that five star sporting experience!
