I've been really impressed with Velux…
I've been really impressed with Velux information and response times. After 20 years we found a historic (and unknown to us) recall issue had caused a glass inner pane to shatter spontaneously. This can happen with glass. The Velux website had an active notice and online application relating to this historic recall which I used. Mikey and then Lois responded and arranged replacement glass panes free of charge within a few days...20+years after our purchase. Not many companies work like this in my experience.

Simon, Steve and Kelly have all been totally awesome. Every company should have a Kelly to organise things. Simon and Steve were fantastic, very knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and very tidy. Peter delivered an outstanding service. Great communication before and during, hard working and the product works. V grateful. Appreciate too that Velux spotted the uplift in demand and provided a fitting service themselves. However not great to have the new grates and blinds delivered 5 weeks before they were fitted: glad they are now on our windows, not our sitting room! Delighted to be better prepared for next summer and ty.
