Terrible terrible experience this company allegedly based in London with a website exhibiting items of clothings which look nothing like it when package arrived. One of the suit ordered turned up without the trousers the quality is so poor. I have told them I am returning the items they said the return to china.
They won’t allowed you to post review on their website but they have 5 stars reviews probably faked.
I am in process to report them to trading standards.

I ordered a cashmere jumper from velora London . It arrived today and is not cashmere and is not even natural fibres made from wool . It feels synthetic and although I ordered medium it’s also on the small size. I would not recommend and am very disappointed with quality and cost

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE FAKE and not based in the UK, they show a map link to Covent Garden London, they're based abroad. The label of the cardigan I ordered was cut off! It's also NOT 100% cashmere. I feel robbed!

Total scam of a company who also put a fake trustpilot score on their site which isn't actually a link and they also have a sob story saying they had to close their store due to unforeseen circumstances an now they have to sell off their remaining stock. Another cheap Chinese store front.

Veloura London is a complete scam. I tried to cancel my order immediately after seeing terrible reviews on Trustpilot, but they responded quickly to say it had already been sent. They assured me that returns would be 'easy.' After waiting three weeks with no tracking info, they ignored my follow-up emails—only responding quickly when I first tried to cancel. I called the number on my transaction and got no answer. Eventually, I had to dispute the charges with my bank, and magically, my package arrived the next day. The so-called customer service then told me I’d only get a full refund if I shipped it to China (despite being 'Veloura London') or a partial refund if returned within the UK. The dresses look nothing like the website pictures—cheap quality. Sending this back on my next trip to China. Save your money and avoid this company!

Do not buy from this company. Dresses are of poor quality so save your money.
I returned two dresses nearly 3 months ago to China as I was advised they need to be returned to the warehouse. I am still waiting for my refund.
I have sent countless emails and tracking info to them.
This is probably an easy way for them to keep your money as people probably give up trying to get a refund.

Terrible! Ordered a dress I saw on instagram which looks nothing like the website, cheap material, it’s literally that bad I’ll be cutting it up for cleaning cloths! Don’t waste your money

Do not buy from this company

Items took around 4 weeks to arrive and very very poor quality. They do not match what is on the site.

Customers have to pay for returns which is to China, which doesnt state this on the website. I've been trying to get the returns policy off them for 1 week and they seem to reply to email but not actually state how I return items. It really isnt worth buying off them
