I received my tumbler in a timely manner and in great condition. It looks amazing and thr options on the website are varied to make it more personal. Highly recommend amd would buy from them again.

Terrible quality, terrible customer service
I’ll give it two stars only because the product itself is gorgeous and arrived fast. But I can’t say the quality is great, and customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
Firstly, it was a present for my best friend. I got her the 40oz ACOTAR tumbler. She was so happy when she received it. Two days after she started using it, the paint started to come off. She put the cup in the car’s cup holder and the paint came off. I emailed customer service because this product wasn’t cheap!! And at first they said they’d need pictures etc. When I sent the pictures, they told me they’d replace the cup and send me a new one. Everything was great. A week or so later, I received this short email saying that factory checked the case carefully and my cup wouldn’t be replaced because the cup holder was too small for the cup?? I mean… yeah. The cup holder is meant to be smaller so it can HOLD the cup. It’s TIGHT. Anyway, they said they wouldn’t give me a replacement or refund. Imagine my surprise, since this product, I repeat, WASN’T CHEAP. Terrible quality, terrible customer service. Would never purchase from them again. It’s a shame because their products are truly gorgeous. Just sh*t quality.

Somewhat disappointed
The purse I purchased is well made, I like the lining too. I was disappointed that I was not able to choose my font for the customization and it came back in bubble letters, which to me cheapened it. I believe auto correct changed Feyre to fayra and while it went through inspection, they didn’t catch it. I didn’t catch it and now I have an 82.00 purse with a misspelled name in childish bubble letters. Little disappointed. Other than the customized part the purse is nice.

The cup is exelente I love it
The cup is exelente I love it. The only thing is the lid. When I tighten the lid, the hole always ends up towards the handle, and that's a shame. If I take the rubber of the lid I have enough twist that is perfect.

Removing the rubber seal does give you more flexibility, but please be cautious, as the seal helps prevent leaks. Great gift for my girlfriend…
The poster was amazing my girlfriend loved it but I didn't even the custom message to be big letters in the middle of the poster it would've been better as small letters on the bottom left or right of the poster but it was still great 5 starts

runs extremely small
The sweatshirt is very cute. I ordered a large because my daughter who is a small likes things big. The sweatshirt barely fits her. The crew neck runs extremely small.
reply: I would have had to order a 2x or 3x to fit oversized.

Received incorrect product
I was sent an item with someone else's name on it. Completely useless to me and now I have to wait another 2+ weeks to hopefully receive the right item. It can't be that hard to double check your orders right...? This mistake, to me, shows laziness and lack of attention to detail. Will not be ordering from this business again.

Men du skal virkelig gøre det hele tiden fordi de informere sig ikke om hvornår du kan regne med at din pakke kommer. Og så bliver den sendt tilbage fordi du ikke var der.
