Everything was explained very clearly…
Everything was explained very clearly beforehand, & both Mr Hacking & the nurse, Jenna, did their best to put me at ease during the procedure; with very strict instructions post op to achieve the best results.

The receptionist was so welcoming and helpful. She happy and polite! The doctor and his side kicked nurse made me feel so relaxed and explained everything and more. The doctor was funny too!

I would like to thank the entire staff at the Southampton Clinic. From the moment you arrive, Ann- Marie is so welcoming and polite. The Clinical Staff are also so professional, help to put you at ease and provide excellent advice regarding medical procedures and aftercare. 5 star treatment
I had my vein treatment 6 weeks ago at the Southampton branch and the service was excellent. No more itchiness or pain. Recently had my follow up appointment and had some more injections to finish everything off, so all good. I was recommended to the veincentre and I will be recommending it to others.

Veincentre 💯 the best 👍
I had treatment on one leg. And I can assure you that, from the first day I decided to do my treatment, I was always very well received.
Starting with the reception that.
Sue Bramder always very friendly.
And helpful, and she always offered me a coffee.
And nurse Denna Smith was always very friendly and very helpful.
And always very concerned about knowing if I was okay.
And ready to help me.
And Dr. Anna Smarrock. She has magical hands. She did an excellent job. From the first day that the Doctor started the treatment. I never had any pain, thank God. 😊
My leg is still recovering, because the treatment ended on 17-01-2025.
But I can say that the recovery is going very well. And there is already a huge difference.
And I can recommend it to everyone who wants to do it. And I can guarantee that you won't regret it💯😍💐

Highly Recommended
I had particularly bad varicose veins at the back of one leg and my other leg had been damaged in a car accident as a child leaving me with soft tissue damage and swelling. I had soreness after exercising and was also self-conscious about wearing shorts. I was nervous but from start to finish The Vein Centre team at Southampton looked after me and did a wonderful job. The change is pretty unbelievable to be honest and my legs continue to improve. As a patient you do need to take some responsibility for ensuring the positivity of the outcome so it's important to do as you're told with respect to aftercare but you are very well informed and supported through this. Many thanks to Anna, Jenna, Sue and Kayleigh Highly recommended.

Treatment totally ineffective
Treatment in Southampton did not improve thread veins on legs at all. Don’t know if it is the product or the way it was injected. The saline solution that is no longer licensed for use in the UK worked perfectly for me years ago when I went to a different clinic.

The team at the vein centre are…
The team at the vein centre are excellent. Staff friendly and reassuring. I had visited a clinic a year before( entirely different company) where I was quoted a ridiculous amount for varicose vein treatment. The ultrasound took forever and I left feeling humiliated. The vein centre in Southampton were in complete contrast and treated me with respect. After my treatment I felt results straight away, the heaviness and pain had gone. I would highly recommend the vein centre in Southampton.

Very positive experience
I was informed of all my options and knew what to expect during the procedure. They were very friendly and welcoming. I was able to make an informed decision on the procedure I wanted and I am very pleased with my results.

WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Had my procedure in Southampton, from walking through the door to consultation to procedure was 5 star.
The consultant Mr El-Basty explained the procedure and was happy with the results too. Jenny the nurse who was assisting was so kind, explained what was happening and I felt at ease. I would highly recommend.
