Extremely happy with everything from start very professional explanation from Dr Ananth Krishnan in Knutsford then onto Chester for proceedure. I had a ‘ full house ‘ of veins needing laser & follow up with foam/more injections 6 weeks later. Right away the results were stunning & I had always been put off by possible recovery time, proceedure itself & cost. The pain was pretty bad for around 1 week afterwards but managed with over the counter painkillers & looking back it was worth it! Communication from phone calls afterwards to check up on you plus emails along the way with reminders all felt like I was in the best hands. The nurse ( i forget her name ) was extremely caring & interested in my well being & im actually quite sad that it’s now come to an end as this was a massive thing in my life that I had hidden away from for all my adult life. It is walk in walk out & as explained to me I had all the possible veins treated the maximum anyone would ever need. The cost is significant altogether £2500-£3000 but I am lucky that I could manage to afford it & tbh all
the other things in life we all waste money on if you really think about it for the confidence & well being mentally it was worth every penny. Thankyou all so much for helping me & book with confidence you really are using the best possible people. Best Wishes, Alan.

I attended the Chester vein clinic and have been very happy with my treatment. Dr. Ananth Krishnan is professional and friendly putting me at ease during the procedure by chatting to me along with the nurse Diana who is also lovely. I would definitely recommend the clinic to anyone thinking about having treatment.

My inital consultation was very informal and the staff put you at ease from the start Everything was done in a friendly manner and the consultant fully explained the treatments and other information very clearly. I was able to book my treatment appointment within 4 weeks of my consultation which was great

Pain free and it’s worked

I was recently treated for varicose veins at the Dodleston, Chester clinic. The staff, which includes receptionist, Michelle, were so friendly and easy to talk to which is half the battle. My treatment was carried out by Dr. Ananth Krishnan, a very charming, smiley man and his nurse, Diana who was lovely.
My treatment went extremely well and I’m happy to say that after my follow up appointment everything is fine and I am more than pleased with the results.
I would, and have, recommended this clinic to my friends.

Outstanding from the start by greeting from reception team. Consultant explained exactly what he would do. Treatment provided by nursing staff and consultant was outstanding. Varicose veins treated with excellent results. Cost was about half that quoted by by BUPA. Highly recommended

I recently underwent a right leg EVLA treatment with Dr. Krishnan and Nurse Diana, (initial treatment 4/11/24 - follow up 14/12/24) and I cannot recommend their care highly enough. While the procedure itself was not completely pain-free, it was entirely tolerable thanks to their skill and reassuring demeanor.

The care provided on the day was nothing short of excellent. From the thorough explanations to their attentive and professional approach, every detail was handled with precision and kindness. The entire process was seamless and faultless, leaving me with full confidence in their expertise.

From when I made the appointment on the phone to being at the clinic in Chester, all the staff were lovely and made me feel at ease. They explain everything and answer any questions. Treatment was fully explained and as he did the treatment Dr Ananth Krishnan was down to earth, talking through the procedure. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending to anyone who needed varicose vein treatment.

I've had my second treatments today and both visits were brilliant.
I've always wanted to get my legs done,but took me a while to decide where and when to go.i went to the consultation,they examined my legs standing up using an ultra sound.the consultant in chester clinic explaind what had happened to my veins and what was causing the problem.he showed me inside the veins on the scan.
They told me exactly what I needed doing,how much it would cost and there were no hidden cost.
Went back 2wks later for the treatment,took just under 1hour to do both legs and 1leg had 2 treatments.
i had one doctor and one nurse in the room,they made me feel relaxed and explained what they were doing.
They numb your legs with local anastetic,so u don't feel any pain,just a scratch with injections going in.
Support stockings then went on,to be left on for 1wk.
Went back 6wks later for check up,that was today and had more injections done,that took half an hour.leave stocking on 10days.then I should be ready for shorts in March 😁.would highly recommend the vein clinic,wish I would have done it sooner.

If Carlsberg made vein clinics ! Dr Kakani @ Veincentre Chester has changed my life; for c. ten years I've kept my legs in hiding and now they're finally embracing the sun. From initial consult, to procedure day (EVLA) and beyond, Dr Kakani and Veincentre staff were extremely thorough, friendly and attentive and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. This company excels at customer care and kindness resonates through their staff and skilled consultants.

Beforehand I was very nervous and unsure around the procedure. I honestly couldn’t have been in more reassuring and knowledgeable hands. Every little detail was explained and all my questions answered. The procedure was quick and I could even choose the music we were listening to. Dr Krishnan and his staff were extremely friendly and couldn’t do enough for me. The only regret I have is not having it done sooner.

I attended the Chester VC on 25/09/24 to have my Thread Veins on my chin removed. On arrival I was greeted by a very nice receptionist who put me at ease. I was then seen by two very nice nuses, one of whom did my treatment. I was fully briefed before hand about what the treatment entailed and made to feel at ease. The treatment was excellently performed and has been extremely successful as I now have no Thread Veins. After the treatment I was fully briefed on what aftercare I had to do. The whole experience was excellent from start to finish.
