Staining after EVLA and foam on one leg
So after EVLA and foam on one leg. 4 months on I am left with substantial staining along the whole vein on the front of my thigh. It looks 100 times worse than before I started. They show you a picture of potential staining which looks nothing like as bad as mine. There is a chance it may fade overtime but the consultant said not totally. For people considering it I would really pay attention and research staining after the procedure before making decision. So for me…. Deeply disappointing and if I had my time again I would not have had the procedure

While skin staining is a known risk, it usually fades gradually over time, though in a small number of patients it can persist. Contact with the service via telephone was somewhat hit and miss when trying to make a payment.

Excellent consultation.
Excellent consultation today with Nigel Hacker in Brighton. A detailed visual and ultrasound examination was made, with conclusions drawn and a treatment plan agreed. Nigel was not only knowledgeable and thorough but also kind. He was very ably supported by his team.

Vein treatment
Everything from start to finish was excellent.Went above and beyond.Nothing to much trouble . Made to feel comfortable and service from Dc Mark Bratby and his wonderful nurse assistant Cathy was impeccable. Best treatment to date.Have used twice and highly recommend.

Treatment in April.
I was so privileged to have Consultant Mark Bratby perform my procedure in April. His skill, intelligence, reassuring kindness, sense of humour and concern were all palpable and of great relief to me. He dealt with my nervousness brilliantly and I feel so grateful that the Vein Centre were asked by the NHS to intervene to lower waiting lists. All the other staff whom I encountered were wonderful too. Thank you all.

Putting the price up literally in front of me!…
Good apart from putting the prize up by £100 just after the consultant told me the old price, literally in front of me the receptionist whipped the price card out of his hands & said they went up on 1st April by £100!

Horrible company
Horrible company. Ignores all questions and the same person keeps spamming with emails. Pathetic
To respond to their reply - I have been in touch six or seven times and only received one very rude dismissive reply but tons and tons of spam. Tons of it. No amount of blocking gets rid of it. This is an empty apology and if these basics can’t be met, I would not trust you with my body

My experience with Veincentre
The whole process from beginning to end is all about efficiency and transparency. I feel I can trust the organisation and the consultant who answered all my questions without hesitation. The receptionist was welcoming and friendly. I am very happy with the service.

Excellent service
Excellent service. Was seen quickly and procedure explained well. The Doctor I saw was great, made me feel at ease. He had a great sense of humour which helped.
