I have just got my Lease car from Vehicle Savers
I have been dealing with Donna Day who has kept me informed all through the process from the outset to the finish .
I would say you are told to check you vehicle on delivery for any marks and problems which was a bit hard for me as the car was dusty from being left standing outside until delivery
So I would say take your time on the handover to make sure your happy as I am

Donna was ‘on the ball’ from the first minute to the last. She found me exactly the car I wanted and at the best price I could find anywhere (matched). All done by phone and email. This is the second car I have found through her and I would highly recommend the service.

Easy to organise and great communication until two days before delivery then nothing to confirm or suggest a time! Otherwise 5 stars.

Donna Day is amazing, I was kept informed throughout my order, keeping me updated on the progress of my order. I got my car on time, even the collection at Cairnryan was smooth and thanks to Brian from Southampton for his help showing me the controls of the new car.
