So I came across Vegas gems by happenstance and it became legitimately my absolute favorite sweeps casino. No exaggeration. It’s kind of iffy trusting sweeps casinos since they aren’t regulated so they usually make up for that by generous offers and bonuses. And boy does this site not let you down. They’re a sister site to csgoluck and I feel like this one’s gonna take over here soon just based off the customer service people being PERFECT on each site. H3PEY and Kim I’m not even sure why they don’t work for Apple Support with patience and empathy like they have. It’s not often you want to actually befriend customer support people lol. But I feel like I’d actually hang out irl with both. I am apart of a large YouTube gaming and twitch channel and we talk daily about how oddly wholesome and awesome this site is. The game selection is massive. I’m a pragmatic player and love sugar rush.

I would however say that what needs improved is the authorization fees (goes through smoothly each time though) for payments and the smoothness and latency in the slots and occasionally crash. It feels like you’re using a Free slow VPN sometimes when you’re playing due to the time between wagers and button presses. Which I know they’re working on and will get resolved super fast. I’m even comfortable enough here to state some things like that. I have an iPhone 15 Pro so it runs incredibly when it’s able to. And the site accommodates any change in device or screen size I throw at it or play on. For being a new site. This place is incredible. Sucks to see more people find this gem. Cause that means the hourly rain gets smaller for me 😜.

Well Kim in customer service makes the whole review itself. She was diligent and thorough in helping me with my issue and very understanding in a way that you knew it was genuine. By far the best help I have received by any customer service agent this far in my life. She takes it to a whole new level of making sure that she exhausted every possibility to try and resolve a problem. Top notch and other gaming sites need to really take notes on her approach to helping because everyone could benefit by watching her in progress. Couldn't have e been a better experience and respect her kindness and sympathetic nature she showed while helping me resolve a glitch I had playing a game. If you get th e opportunity to have her help you, your definitely going to get 100% effort and diligence until your issue is resolved.

Honestly Vegas gems is probably the best sweeps casino out there right now. Games are provably fair with high rtp shown for each game, and they have pragmatic as a provider which is awesome.
