Vegasgems has locked me out of my account. One day it randomly locked me out of my account and asked for some sort of authenticator code. The thing is, I never set up an authenticator on the account to begin with. I've messaged support about this several times now, waited for weeks for a response but never got any besides one automated response that said they would get back to me. I looked around and other people have experienced this problem too.

So I highly recommend against Vegasgems unless you want to get randomly locked out of your account and lose your balance.

Well I'd give a 5 but I haven't had a chance to use the slots yet cause j kind of like to build up more money for them first and I enjoy the crypto games with the exception of no auto, and it random if they have in all I may have missed some I'm sure slots probably have auto, so my experience today was with a bug and the CS lady was very nice and not dismissive of my knowledge of such things as somd CS can be especially at a casino, it took a slight bit but we worked through my issues and she even gave me a little something for my help/troubles some stingy dismissive places won't evenk do that because they dismiss it all as player error without it actually being such. It's always great for deal with helpful CS who can listen and work with you instead of try to place blame on you lol. So a++ for Kim

Vegas gems is my favorite online slots game. The customer service is the best and respond to my questions or concerns very quickly. The games are great and there is a wide variety of them.
