They have great customer service
They have great customer service, had a damaged product and emailed. They got back to me quickly and sorted it out extremely fast. They were polite and friendly about it, I'd definitely be using them a lot more

Website is easy to navigate & ordering is straightforward. My order arrived promptly & all contents as described. All really tasty (unlike vegan versions from popular brands)
Vegan choc always a bit more expensive wherever you buy it, but Vegan Town has quality items & i will definitely order from there again, only a bigger order next time!

Good quality vegan chocolates
A really wide range of vegan chocolates, more than I have found anywhere else. All are good quality. I’m delighted to have found a good supplier whom I’ve used for around 3 years since a family member became vegan and we’ve all enjoyed these delicious chocolates.
