Signing up for Vegan Fitness Redefined is the best thing I’ve done for myself in a very long time. With this program I have lost 10 lbs in the right amount of time, not too fast or too slow. I’ve also lost a couple of inches and am seeing improvement in my body composition.
This year I had some difficult personal struggles and injuries that impacted my overall health. Anna and Gabriel were there for me to inspire and empower me. Little did I realize the life changing decision I made…
Little did I realize the life-changing decision I made when I decided to hire a fitness coach. My original goal was to lose weight and get in better shape. Now I realize how shortsighted and short term those goals are. For years, I would diet, lose weight and then, overtime, put it back on. Sometimes I gained more weight than when I started. I would get unhappy with myself and start this cycle all over again. I yo-yoed for years. When I set out to lose weight, I would apply the same formula as anything else I set out to do - “Put my mind to it, do it on my own, push and go hard! It always yielded the same results and never got me to a healthy, sustainable place.
So when I started working with Gabriel five months ago, I wanted the magic formula to break that cycle. I was exhausted with my approach and out of answers to break the cycle.
The minute I met Gabriel I realized I had the ‘magic button’ the whole time and that my journey would result in a lifetime transformation. Since March, I have lost almost 20 pounds and over 16 total inches. While I’m continuing to see progress, both my body and my mind are in a place that I have never experienced before - commitment to work that needs to done. I feel total ownership over my day-to-day decisions to be fit
What I most appreciate about Gabriel is that our coaching is based on what I need at that point in my journey. He knew that I needed different types of information at the beginning of my journey than I need in the middle of my journey. He provides answers to questions that I didn’t even know to ask. Most importantly, he has provided graceful accountability. On days that I’m frustrated with myself for not seeing visible progress, he reminds me that this is a journey and that it is better to have progress over perfection
My journey now is not just about losing weight and getting in shape. My journey is now about creating a life for myself where I am fit and healthy for the next chapters in my life.

Trainers that work WITH you and guide you and individualize all of it!
Working with Anna and Gabriel was a great experience! I had gotten away from weightlifting which is my primary love and needed some guidance getting back into the gym and working around some injuries. I thought I knew what my goal was when we started but as I worked with Anna, I could see my goals were really shifting and having regular check ins with her was how I really identified what I cared about, what worked for me, and what I really WANTED. I have started to feel much more confident and pushing myself harder. We worked together for months where I faced MULTIPLE challenges with injury, loss, illnesses, holidays, sick family members, travel....and we made plans around all of it where appropriate!

Positive energy, forever (not temporary) results!
I loved my one on one virtual sessions with Anna! I was able to be honest with her, and in return she gave me great advice nutritionally and personally. My workouts were customized for my personal needs, and for the equipment I had at the time. Gabriel is also very personable and knowledgeable. I appreciated all the thought and communication throughout the program. Hi, my name is Alice and I’m a mom of a special needs adult with developmental disabilities from Northern Wisconsin.
I have rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis, early osteopenia, bursitis and endometriosis. I have never been one to workout. I also have been to-yo dieting my whole life. I was afraid to go to the gym because of being in pain all the time.
I started a whole food plant based lifestyle but was still struggling with knowing what I needed for macros, what to do in a workout because of joint pain and fear, and what or how much to eat, with so much confusing and contradicting information out there.
I started 1:1 with Anna and just having the accountability has been life changing. She has helped me in the gym so I don’t injure myself or hurt my joints more, starting out slow and easy, helping me with VERY attainable goals. Helped me with suggestions for achieving my daily nutrition intake, cheered me on, supported me and acknowledged my ups and downs.
I have lost 10 pounds but gained much needed muscle. I went from a 18/16 in jeans to a 14. I feel so much stronger too!
I would definitely recommend VFR Accelerator program to everyone and anyone looking to change their lifestyle.

Just do it!
My name is Beth and I’m currently in Portland, OR. My background is military but it’s been many years since I’ve worn the uniform. I currently work as a business manager for a private individual. I grew up as an athlete but lost my way for many years. I started rowing a couple of years ago and am finding my inner athlete again, but it is different being athletic, vegan and 55 years old.
I’ve been mostly vegan for about 3 years now. I’ve studied a lot on being an athlete at 55 but not much has helped me understand being vegan and athletic at 55. I was concerned before working with Gabriel that I wouldn’t learn more than I already knew from my own research.
My health and fitness journey has evolved while working with Gabriel. He’s helped me overcome fears with strength training after hip problems. He sees me as an athlete regardless of my age and is with me every step of the way to improve my performance. His recommendations for mindfulness training help me prepare for races. I feel like I have a coach in my pocket to help answer any questions that come up.
I have a lot of people in my life who say it’s not possible to be an athlete at my age, and especially not be an athlete and vegan. That is nonsense. If you have any doubts on what to do or how to move forward, Gabriel and Anna will help you figure it out. They will appreciate you as a person and help you become the best version of yourself.

Life-changing experience
Hi! I'm Vanessa, a mom of a high-energy toddler, a busy substance prevention professional, and a real estate investor.
Before working with VFR, I struggled with maintaining weight loss and have “yo-yoed” my entire life. After my pregnancy, I struggled to find the time to prioritize my health, nutrition, and exercise. I had always been active but became extremely sedentary after 2020, and since going vegan in 2021, I relied a lot on meat alternatives and highly processed vegan foods.
In 2023, I decided it was time for a change, and enough was enough. If I wanted my son to eat healthy and be highly active, I had to start with me. Since beginning to work with Gabriel and Anna, I've had many wins.
In about five months, I have increased my workouts to 5-6x/week from 0-1x/week, lost about 10 lbs, dropped 2 dress sizes, and learned to eat much more whole-food vegan meals. I feel stronger and leaner, and my old clothes now fit much better. I just feel happier overall that I can prioritize myself, my nutrition, and my overall health while keeping in line with my goals of being a lifelong active vegan.
There have been a couple of things that l've appreciated about working with Gabriel and Anna:
-First, the level of support they have given me throughout my entire experience has been incredible; I’ve worked with other professionals in the past but have never had this level of support and accountability as I’ve had with them.
Additionally, they have helped me see how much progress I’ve made despite being slower than I had wanted (given some of my dietary inconsistencies, several illnesses during flu season, and low times). The mindset work and support they provide have been life-changing for me, helping me realize that I’ve achieved many wins along the way and have been able to achieve my goals.
Working with Gabriel and Anna has been life-changing in my journey to create better habits and a new identity for me as a “super busy, vegan mom who prioritizes her health and can be a role model for her son.” I rave about my experience to anyone and everyone who asks about my improved appearance and healthy habits.

Transformative Experience - If you let it be!
Hi! I'm Ashley and I'm a single mom of 2 kids and a highly driven professional. Before working with VFR, I struggled to find the time to prioritize health and nutrition in the ways I wanted to. And, while I've been active most of my life (dancing, running, hiking, etc.) my workout routines were pretty inconsistent. I also didn't feel like I had the knowledge to make some of the changes I wanted to and quite honestly didn't feel like I had the time to really learn what I would need to, in order to make those changes.
Since beginning to work with Gabriel, I've had a lot of wins. Tactically speaking, over 4 months I've lost 5.5 inches off my waist and have lost about 10 lbs. However, for me, the bigger wins are some of the smaller moments when my kids tell me that they can tell I'm getting stronger by how I pick them up or when a huge bag of dog food goes from being heavy for me to pick up to light.
There are a couple of things that I've really appreciated about working with Gabriel:
First, the level of support that he gives. He'll match your commitment and dedication to yourself and is with you on the journey.
Next, is that I've felt like I could ask any question in a non-judgmental space and I have a LOT of questions. I never felt like any question was too much and I've learned a ton over these months.
And, I appreciated the accountability that was provided. I knew that he would know if I did (or didn't) complete what I committed to and that level of accountability was really helpful to help me begin to build new habits.

I found myself with VFR
To resume is a few words, my experience started with very low expectations, without confidence and with low self-esteem.
Last year was difficult, I helped opening a new veterinary hospital, while studying for my specialization and with toddler. My stress levels were sky high!
Whiteout VFR team, I don't think I would manage to do everything. We adapted to my situation and was so helpful by teaching me how to control my stress levels, reducing my anxiety and helping me continuing my routines.
My coach Anna, always took the time to hear me, always gave me a friendly word, and went way beyond her 'job' to support me.
VFR program is way more than just diet and an exercise plan...
Today I'll flying solo, but this time I know my value, I'm confidente I can become even more stronger than what I am now. VFR pulled me out of a dark place by giving me tools, support and recognition for the effort I made.
I'll always recomend VFR.

I love VFR
Anna and Gabriel really care about each of their students. It is so apparent in every interaction and they are truly two of the nicest people I’ve ever met. I think they have a very smart program too. It encompasses a holistic approach where you learn on so many different and valuable levels. They have great wisdom as they teach us to become more fit and healthy and I loved learning from them. I learned more in the last four months than I have in a very long time.
Best decision I ever made.
I came into this program so excited and just 2 weeks after signing up? I ended up in the hospital with pneumonia. But Gabriel and Anna waited for me to get better and had my back the entire time. I enjoyed the Accelerator program. The program introduced me to nutrition and fitness machines. The guidance I received allowed me to have the tools to lose 32 pounds. Anna is a great coach, and she is very kind and patient. She makes you feel good about your accomplishments, and keeps you on track.
This program is for students who are committed to Veganism and wanting to become the best version of themselves.
One has to have a strong self commitment and follow through to obtain health and fitness goals. The only negative aspect of the program is the high cost of the program, and no fitness instructions in personal one on one fitness training or meal preparation.
VFR helped me lose inches and change my habits
VFR 2.0 is a great program for those who can afford it. The custom workouts and nutrition advice was incredibly helpful to me as someone new to the scene. In addition, the community and the mindfulness classes were useful in showing where my unhalthy habits came from and how to work healthier habits into my existing life. I highly recommend it for those who really want to get healthier and change their lifestyles but aren't sure where to start or who to trust. I was shocked to meet my waist reduction goal of 3 inches during the program despite dealing with a long-term health issue at the same time (and I still ate fries!). I learned how to care for myself and my body so that now I am better prepared to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

A Positive Life-Changing Experience
The first thing I said to Gabriel when we met was that I had to make changes NOW! I was in a deep mental pit, exhausted and unhappy with my lack of fitness and energy. I was vegan but didn't know how to feed my body, besides eliminating animal products. I had had a severe back injury in 2013 and was terrified of re-injuring myself by returning to working out. As a former gym-rat, this was a huge loss for me in my life, and my health.
What came next blew me away. Gabriel and Anna provide THE BEST, MOST SUPPORTIVE coaching, information, nutrition guidance, and very importantly, you are met where you are. There is no judging, no guilt - as many have said before me, Progress Over Perfection. Becoming a part of the VFR Community has literally changed my life. I felt alone and very isolated being vegan in a rural community; now I am part of an online community that is safe, respectful and supportive. My partner has made comments on how he has noticed a positive change in my outlook and mood. For me, having both Anna and Gabriel coach me personally has meant so much. We talk about a range of things, not only workouts and nutrition, but life events that impact our ability to manage our daily lives.
I have a small farm microsanctuary, and while I love each and every member of my farm animal family, I made no time for me. Even my partner came second to the animal care. I have come to realize that putting me first, by taking care of my health isn't wrong, but necessary.
Another aspect of VFR I never expected was the attention to our mental health. The Mindset classes go deep into the things that we can change within ourselves, to support our growth and learning. There is great support within the group as we all face similar issues and obstacles, and there is a sense of community and sharing. Each call, Gabriel brings new challenges and ways of thinking to us. I've been able to become more positively introspective instead of tearing myself down with negativity, and challenge old beliefs.
There is a lot of loss in the sanctuary life. It can be very overwhelming and your days seem to be about grief and not joy. I recently experienced the sudden devastating loss of a dear rooster and it threatened to derail me. I had a conversation with Anna about my reflections on this loss and the level of grief and sadness I was experiencing. She supported me and also provided a different point of view which was incredibly helpful. I keep that conversation close to help me when the sadness overwhelms.
Physically I've gotten much stronger, have lost inches and toned up, and feel better than I have in years. I'm conscious of what I'm shopping for, cooking and eating. Having struggled my entire life with weight and food issues, VFR is a blessed relief! Coaching on nutrition, food prep and planning, individualized workouts, and education on how important mindset is all add up to a fantastic experience. I highly recommend VFR to anyone ready to take control of their health and wellness!

VFR Has Changed My Life
I can’t say enough good things about my experience with VFR. This program supports all aspects of my overall health, including exercise, nutrition, and mindset. Gabriel and Anna have developed a program and community that is inclusive and supportive, providing expertise and encouragement while recognizing their students are humans and we won’t be 100% every second of every day. Their mantra, “Progress over perfection,” has opened doors for me and enabled me to achieve things I never thought possible. After 90+ days on the program, I’m healthier than I’ve been in decades, and I look better, too. Excellent comprehensive and inspiration fitness/life coaching
I’m very happy to have started working with Anna and Gabriel to improve my vegan health/fitness and becoming more competitive in tennis matches. I have had personal trainers and coaches before, bought online programs but nothing like this. Gabriel and Anna are some of the most supportive and motivating persons you’ll encounter. The first thing I noticed is how good Gabriel is in listening, he really sees through your story and comes with conclusions you’ve not yet thought of. They seem to make complicated situations simple and understandable, and therefore actionable. They really ‘lift the fog’ sort of speak, and provide clarity and the action steps YOU need to become successful.
I always had the ambition to take better care of my body and already tried going to the gym a couple of times, but it never really picked up. Now, thanks to them, I hit the gym at least 5 times in a week and I know exactly what I’m doing there and how I have to support it nutritionally.

Vegan Fitness Redefined-a genuine program that will definitely change your life!
Hi, everyone! I have been a member of the Vegan Fitness Redefined group for a year now. I can't recommend this program enough, they have really changed my life! They are the best coaches! When I started, I lacked positivity about myself and life in general, I had gained a bunch of weight, and I had gone through a lot of tough experiences in my personal life. I didn't trust people much and I was unsure of what my next move would be in my life. Once I registered for this program, everything started to change more and more (especially after the first month). The sense of genuine community and compassion has REALLY restored my faith in people, has allowed me to trust again, has allowed me to have joy and laugh again, and the support has helped me to change my life in many ways. In regards to what they've helped me achieve in just a year physically...I've lost 42 pounds, have lost inches in my waist, I've really increased my endurance (and have been able to walk further and faster despite having a difficult past year of health challenges), and most importantly in terms of mental/emotional changes- I've really changed my mindset about myself and life in general. I no longer live in fear, anxiety, and negativity. I also no longer live waiting and anticipating for the next negative thing or traumatic thing to happen! If something doesn't work out, I don't give up like I used to. They've helped me remember that the things that are beyond my control won't get any better by me stressing out and feeling anxious. If I can't do something or something doesn't work out, there's an alternative to making things work. As they often say, it's PROGRESS OVER PERFECTION! :) . I'm a recovering perfectionist with myself, so this is huge!
Most recently, I attended their NY Meetup two weeks ago. I can't express enough how special and inspiring the weekend was for all of us! There was a genuine sense of community and we all shared our experiences thus far in our VFR journey. Coincidentally, each of us who attended are at different levels in the program (I'm on Level 2: Inspire), so we all learned from each other. I have been more of an introverted person, but I realized that maybe I'm only introverted when I'm around people who don't lift me up and who aren't my tribe. I wasn't introverted at all at this meet up and felt beyond comfortable, supported, loved, and happy! I HIGHLY recommend attending their meetups and becoming a permanent member of their Vegan Fitness Redefined group, they really will change your life forever! It is ALL of our birthright to be the healthiest version of ourselves we can be...mentally, emotionally, and physically. You are not alone and will have the genuine support of Coach Anna, Coach Gabriel, and the VFR group members. Please make the positive move you're waiting for, you won't regret it! My life is back and I'm back to being the happy, fun, loving, and confident woman I used to be (and even more now)! This can happen for you too :) <3
