Went to do some shopping Tuesday 14th April around 8.30am, spent just under £100, which is an average spend at this store. Won’t be going back, they are very rude, no please, no thank you, no smile, just want the money.
There’s other establishments which are very pleasant.

I ordered 10kg chapatti flour together with other items from Veena's . Arrived on 15/4/26, but when I checked the Sell by date it expires on June 2026. I rang and spoke to Mandur Kumar and explained that for 2 people trying to eat 10kg before June is impossible, in the past I've bought chappatti flour with 12 months expiry. He said someone will call me back, so lets wait and see what happens and then I will update this review

Ordered stuff on 27/Mar with an estimated delievry on 01/April. Its now 8th and no trace of it. Neither the store responds nor DHL !! Still trying to chase for an update in vain. This is my first time ordering with them and not sure if I will ever repeat the mistake.

I just gave them a star because otherwise it wouldn’t let me review .
I had a very bad experience this time ordering with Veenas. No issue about their products. It’s just their delivery and customer support. My order didn’t receive on time. Even after leaving them ample number of emails enquiry about the delivery date… I got couple of emails that they’ll check with DHL and get back to me asap. Neither did that happen nor any emails there after. Wouldn’t dare to order here again. I’ve requested for refund . Didn’t receive that either.

I’m very disappointed with my recent purchase from Veena. The KTC groundnut oil (5kg) I received appeared tampered with — the cap was not sealed and was instead held together with cellotape. The taste also seems noticeably diluted compared to the usual product, which is concerning.

As a parent of a young child, I am extremely cautious about what I use in my cooking, and this has left me uncomfortable using the product. At the same time, it is a large and expensive container, so this situation is far from ideal.

I have previously raised concerns about Deepam oils being advertised as 250ml but actually supplied as 200ml. On that occasion, customer service promised a response but never followed up.

These recurring issues raise serious concerns around quality control and customer service. I hope this is addressed properly.

Not good no returns no refund

A great delivery service for Indian groceries. Wide range of options are available and the packaging is always intact.

Delivered quickly and right on schedule. Packaging was secure and professional.

Every product is great quality and great price. Especially Frozen product packed very safe way and I received without damage. Overall I am satisfied.

Shops like this are the reason for high inflation in UK. Every product is sold for +20% approximately.

The perishable packing is really impressive! Previously, I used two other ASIN websites, but I’ve never received packaging this perfect. The leaves were extremely fresh. Highly recommended for fresh produce, frozen items, and meat as well

I placed an order on 9th.Item has not yet received.Called the DHL no response and called Veenas customer service phone is switched off or not responding.

What a great first experience we had with Veena's Store. They delivered exactly what we ordered in superb quality. Packaging was done meticulously to protect the items. We really impressed with the way they had packaged the perishable items. Delivery was on time as agreed. Customer service was also great who dealt with my enquiry promptly. Overall, we are so happy about choosing them, and their rating speaks for itself.

Good selection of products, swift delivery,very kind enough to address my needs and implementing it .

In my last delivery I received a couple of items which were totally staled and not in a consumable state. Those were particularly expensive items like mangoes and karela. Hence I clicked pics and requested for refunds. It's been 6 days, have done follow ups but they always have a same response, that they will get back to me and no sign of refund.

The service and products received from Vennas were second to none. The freshness and quality and packaging, were as good if not better than any other food products I have received. I'm just about to to start cooking i know it's going to taste as good as it looks. Thank you again for your excellent service.

Veena’s. The delivery was prompt and perfect, the packaging was very neat and I am really impressed about the price, variety, quality and packaging.

Customer support is awesome , I encountered a payment issue and pinged them in instagram, they gave instant response and suggested solutions. The app is really good too, very user friendly.
