We Purchased a bumper protector for a brand new T7. its arrived and was fitted before the van was used for work purposes. 1 month later, when cleaning the van it was noticed that the corners of the plastic protector were digging into the bumper and caused damage.

We notified them of this and the first response via email was that the damage shown in the photos was a result of impact damage or heavy weight being applied. We replied and refused to accept this as the bumper protector had absolutely no evidence on it that it had suffered impact damage or heavy loads applied.

The next response was that it had been poorly fitted, poorly removed or misused.

I called and spoke with the office manager to understand how you could possibly poorly fit this or misuse it without physical damage to the protector, she clearly did not want to understand the problem and had made a decision, I was then put through to one of the directors who had nothing but attitude from the second my call was passed through, she was sarcastic in what she said and her tone was not better, when i started to challenge this she got angry.

Its evident from having the van and the bumper protector that the edges of the plastic are sharp and the radius of the bend around where the damage has occurred does not match on both. I just wish we had looked at this in more detail before fitting and we would have returned it before even fitting it. We used the 3m tape that was already attached to the protector when it arrived and although it says in the instructions that its also "recommended" to apply bonding we didn't as it was a new product and we didn't want to apply bonding to the bumper, that's the whole point of getting the protector in the first instance. It was also a recommendation and not a must, if it was a must i'm sure bonding would be provided for fitting which it wasn't.

This poor scoring is reflective of the faulty product but more importantly the extremely poor customer service and attitude, from my experience this comes from the very top tier of the company. As soon as trading standards was mentioned the attitude of the female director i was talking to changed and not in a positive way.

I will now decide if principles causes me to inform trading standards or like probably many more people I just put the protector in the bin and move on. Its probably cost more money on time trying to deal with this so far than it cost for the product in the first instance.

They claimed I damaged the item when returned, despite the fact it had never even been unpacked from the box. Their customer service was extremely poor—they refused to listen to me or properly investigate the issue. Now out of pocket! Very disappointing experience and not how customers should be treated. I will not be ordering from Vee Dub again.

I ordered the red tartan seat covers, red steering wheel cover & wind deflectors. Delivery was next day. So so pleased with everything. The quality is insane and they all look amazing. I love the vee dub bear that we received. We will definitely be ordering more in the future.

Had the wind deflectors. Great bit of kit, fitted relatively easily but one clip was a pain to get in. Noticed a big difference in condensation while sleeping in the van with these on and window slightly open.

The door seals are good quality. Fitting instructions could be better.

Ordered two windows and side bars. Website easy to navigate and well priced. Delivery was faultless and items were undamaged. Side bars were fitted easily and the windows fitted perfectly. All in all a straight forward transaction, would definitely purchase from see dub transporters in the future.

I bought a set of premium seats covers on Black Friday and only just got around to fitting them today. The stitching isn't the best, the captains arms are terrible and look like the have been made wrong. The zips are impossible and the overall fitment is shocking, nothing like to ease and fitment like on the YouTube video. For the money paid I expect better. Sorry.

We have just received the above order, good delivery time and fabulous quality, and well packed. We were impressed until we started fitting, it was so difficult even with two experienced people , it took over 2 hours!
Upon fitting and trying to push fabric into place the zipper at back of passenger chair came off when trying to zip off, so we are not able to zip up at the bottom of double passenger chair.
We have left the covers in situ, as we have spent a long afternoon trying to fit the covers which had very little ‘give’ making it difficult. They are definitely not as easy to fit as the video we watched.
Such a shame as the covers are stunning and really good quality and delivery and contact excellent

Ordered offside heated mirror glass for T6 van. Old one had one crack but broke further on removing. Mirror from this company had heater wires in wrong location. As the terminals push into a cut out in the mirror body the glass could not fit back to be retained. Despite message to company through their website with promised within two days reply, absolutely no response. Have now purchased genuine part for a bit more and it fits. Will never waste a penny at Veedubs again…

Purchased side bars, Arrived very well packaged, Emailed Vee Dub with a query which was easily resolved with Lily's help. Then purchased rear wiper blades which also arrive in good order.

Bought some "great quality" panel clips from here. Turned out they were made from thin, cheap plastic that snapped as soon as you looked at them the wrong way. Tried to return for a refund but was told "as the items have been broken, we’re unable to issue a refund". Real shame as I had high hopes for this company.

Just received my DUB Style Wind Deflectors. I couldn’t have asked for a better service. From point of order (on-line) to delivery, I received continuous correspondence and updates, along with ‘How to fit’ information and a video clip; which made the installation exceptionally easy- even for a non-tech person like myself!
