Employs a 'marketing company' to spam contacts found at ripe.net with offers for their services. When confronted they claim some fraudster sent those emails abusing their brand. Well I made an appointment with one of the fraudster and guess what, the appointment was sent to the real VdoCipher company who finally had to admit the emails were not sent by fraudster but on their behalf. They scheduled 3 online meetings with me - on two of them no one of the company showed up and they canceled the 3rd meeting. Still trying to get hold of their data privacy officer to discuss this issue.
Also our company does not have anything to do with online videos, so clearly just contacts were spamed no matter what.

I had high hopes for VdoCipher, but my experience has been far from satisfactory. One of the main selling points for me was their secure watermark feature—unfortunately, it's incredibly easy to bypass. Simply zooming out in the browser window makes the watermark practically useless, defeating the whole purpose of content protection.

On top of that, the watermark quality is very low and not at all professional-looking.

What’s worse is the misleading information I received from their support team before purchasing. Several key features I was told would be included were missing after I paid, which felt like false marketing. When I reached out for clarification, there was no real accountability or helpful solution provided.

3- How many customers you have and how much space they use is usually a series of internal information of your company that may not be true.
4- Instead of telling your one-year-old customer to go, learn better how to talk to your customer and review your pricing plans by feedback.
