Good customer service rang to say they was on route driver very helpful getting in for me

Mo and the team were excellent. They delivered the massage chair directly to my living room and ensured everything was working well before they left. All the packaging was taken and disposed of by them.
The massage chair is absolutely fantastic! I would certainly recommend it and purchase again from Mo and his team. Thank you!

Well, the chair is amazing, that goes without saying, it’s life changing having something like that in the house. But what really made an impression today was the delivery service. They turned up when they said they would, nothing was too much of a problem and there was no fuss taking the chair down a narrow side alley and into the back garden to go through the patio doors. They explained the product in full and even took away the packaging for me. I’m super grateful and I’d recommend these guys highly. Service was A++!

Excellent service & so friendly. Mo & his lads were all extremely friendly. Mo did me a great deal & he was extremely knowledgeable about all of his stocked models. Definitely recommended 👌

Great product! Very friendly and professional staff delivered and installed the massage chair very efficiently

I upgraded to this chair and its the best thing I could have done. The guys who brought it out and setup were very nice and helpful and put the chair where I wanted it. This is more expensive than other chairs but we'll worth the money. I would recommend this to anyone looking at purchasing a chair, any questions just fire away.

I found the experience of mind the chair extremely good. Mosin was very clear, explained the difference between this product and other ones on the market, I said what I wanted all body, this one does most to the body apart from the calves. But that will be sorted out when I re-purchase another product. I find this product very good for my neck, lower back and certainly helps with my circulation. I hope it helps everybody else and go to the shop check out the product tester drive it and see how it feels certainly would expect a to like it. It’s an investment on your health . As a former ceo and nhs non ex I can qualify this should be classified as a health benefit product and be vat exempt to help all

V Comfort have been totally amazing from start to finish. We tried a few chairs and the Eggy chair suited us most within our budget. The chair is amazing and is exactly what we were looking for. They came delivered and set up our chair with a 3 yr warranty and have made us feel at ease with a piece of mind. Any issues we have they have said no to hesitate and contact them. Great job guys

The guys moved my chair as I had to move house and I couldn't manage dismantling it to fit through thr door frames and I have a disability. They were fantastic, professional, fast and reliable. I really can't thank them enough, amazing service!

Absolutely amazing company. Excellent customers service. Please patronise this amazing company, you will not regret it. First class service. Thank you so much.

Found the massage chair I wanted from the website. Phoned them to check a few details, very helpful but phone connection quite poor, even when they called back. Ordered chair online, specified delivery date and everything arrived on time. They unpacked the chair, removed packaging. Very happy so far.

Very good service delivery and sales.
The staff were fantastic.
