SUSPICIOUS CARD ACTIVITIES AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SUPPORT. I created a VCC africa which is now orag pay card some months ago, i used this card to pay for Canadian immigration visa which was successful. but later on had a change of plans and decided not to travel again and as such requested for a refund. this refund was issued by the immigration office on the 9th of may 2024 but till now i haven't received the money. i contacted the immigration office on this and they told me to get a credit card statement showing my name, address and statements from the month of april to may before they can do anything or contact my bank to send the money directly to me. i contacted orag pay but they claim such a transaction hasn't taken place, i requested for my credit card statements from the month of april to may but they haven't sent and are not doing anything to help me.

Worse customer support I've ever…

Worse customer support I've ever seen..complete disregard to client privileges. Thier services is soo poor and the literally take for ever to reply to you when you have a complain....please flee away from them

Exceptionally Frustrating Experience

I wish I could give this service a better review, but my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. From the very beginning, I encountered a series of problems that have left me deeply disappointed and frustrated.

Firstly, I had to replace my Mastercard due to a technical error, which I understood. However, what baffled me was the insistence that I had to purchase a new card myself, even though the issue was not my fault. It took an excruciatingly long two weeks of constant attempts to get any response, and I had to resort to reaching out via a WhatsApp number to finally make progress.

Even after that, the confirmation of my new card order took three days, which is unacceptable in today's fast-paced world.

But it doesn't end there. When I attempted to use my card on Amazon, I was asked for a billing statement. I reached out to their support team, and they assured me that I would receive an email with the necessary information. It has now been two months, and I'm still waiting for that email.

To make matters worse, they claimed I unsubscribed from their newsletters, which I never even received in the first place.

On September 9, 2023, I was promised a new card and a transfer of my funds, yet here I am, with neither of those things having happened.

It genuinely feels like they don't value me as a customer at all. I simply want what I paid for—a working card. I'm even willing to bear a $50 fee for withdrawals, but my current Visa card doesn't even allow transactions over $50.

In conclusion, my experience has been exceptionally frustrating, and I'm left wondering if they truly care about their customers. I hope they can resolve these issues promptly for others, but for me, it's too little, too late.

Its a Scam No Doubt

Its a Scam, You will not even get to create an account, but you can buy a virtual card and they will charge your momo or OM, then after that, Nothing, No Virtual card is issued, No account it created, Nothing.
Unless you want to loose your money lol,
After seeing the 1st negative review on here, I just tried 5$ and yeah i lost 3K.
So unless you want to ignore 2 negative comments, and theres's not even 1 positive comment. Don't be dumb as me, Hope my 3k loss saves someone.

No regard for clients

No regard for client, not polite and very insultive. they do not care about client satisfaction and they hide behind fictitious rules to scam clients. If you want to loose your money they use their cards. which hardly ever work.
