Very disappointing experience with VBox Entertainment – Ireland

In my experience, VBox Entertainment has been a complete waste of money.

The live channels constantly buffer, freeze, or cut out, and on many occasions they do not even get past the “initialising” stage. I have had to restart my Fire Stick multiple times just to get the VBox service working.

Customer support has been just as disappointing. Trying to contact technical support is extremely frustrating, and in my experience, calls often do not even connect. When I have managed to raise issues, I have found the responses dismissive rather than helpful.

What concerns me most is that I was told by the company that if I posted a negative review or remark about my experience, my subscription could be suspended. I found this extremely concerning and felt that I was being discouraged from expressing my genuine experience as a paying customer.

Customers should be able to provide honest feedback about a service they have paid for without feeling that their account or subscription may be affected because of a negative review.

Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend VBox Entertainment. The service has been unreliable, technical support has been difficult to reach, and my experience with customer service has been extremely disappointing.

Absolute waste of money. The VBox service constantly freezes, buffers, and cuts out during live streams. To make matters worse, the customer support team is extremely rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful when you report an issue. Terrible service and even worse customer support—avoid at all costs.

What is even more disappointing is the company’s attitude towards customer complaints. Instead of properly addressing the issue or providing a meaningful solution, one of their responses to me was simply: “Please do whatever you can.”
That kind of response shows a lack of concern for customers who have already paid for the service. I expected a reliable service and proper customer support, but unfortunately, neither has been my experience. You would be wasting time ringing technical support support , It never get connected
Based on my experience, I would not recommend VBox Entertainment.
After this review, they blocked my account, and the service was completely disrupted without any refund. The person then contacted me and informed me that this was a “sweet treat” for my review and that they would reinstate the service if I removed the review.

Took a subscription for a month and it did not work even for a day and when asked for refund , there was no response

Very Good Supportive Team. Helped to get the tv activated recommend them for TV services.

Awful experience. The product is poor quality and a complete waste of money. Instead of fixing the problems, they pressure customers to leave fake positive reviews. This is not a company you can trust. Stay well away.

It is the most pathetic service you will find in Ireland. The channels will not play every 5mins you need to keep restarting the VBOX. They will send faulty box and will not replace it.
