I had difficulty at first but, a call to the office (and help was swiftly given) and I was able to use the online service easily. I have loved Vanilla Blush for years and have many knickers of different types from the brand - fancy lacy ones in beautiful colours, regular cotton knickers for everyday use, and hernia panty girdles for when I go running or hiking. This time I was very dissapointed to find out that the design of the panty girdle has been changed. I already have two of them from a few years back and love them. But the ones I got now have a much higher waist, yet that is not reflected on the web page. On the web page the girdle looks like the ones I already have, but the ones I got are much higher. So much so that they roll down and do not stay in place and therefore are not nearly as comfortable as the ones I had and wanted more of. And there was no way to know as the pictures on the web page are of the old model. This is bad for two reasons: I got something different from what I ordered, and I can't get the great panties I actually liked any longer.

Vanilla Blush are an excellent dependable company. I've purchased several items from them to support my stoma and have been very happy with the quality and longevity of their goods.

Nicola was lovely. She phoned me regarding being referred by nurse at hospital. She took the time to go over all the items that might meet my requirements. I didn’t feel rushed, and felt very supported by her, not only regarding support items for my stoma, but in general - my well being, any concerns or questions that I might have. My product arrived very quickly too. I would highly recommend this company. The items are just what’s needed and the customer service is excellent, to say the very least.

I find this company so easy to order from. They keep you informed every step of the way. I always order the ladies Ostomy pants and their t shirts. All good quality.
