Stunning piece of furniture, well packaged to prevent any damage

Fast delivery, the guys even took it upstairs to the room I wanted which was super helpful. The piece is absolutely beautiful and great quality. Wish I could afford everything on there!!

The products took 3 months to arrive. Bare minimum communication with updates during that time.

When the 2 tables did arrive, they were both with issues. One had a scratch on it and the other had stripey wood in different colours as the tabletop.

We have been trying to return them for 10 days now and unfortunately they do not respond by email or phone - literally nothing.

We are going to have to make a claim with a credit card company which is a shame.

This is the reason people perfer to show with companies like Amazon because they know delivery is fast and any issues with the goods will be resolved.

Vaunt Design is, unfortunately, a non-professional outfit doing a disservice to the small independent e-commerce stores online.

I think it's fair to say I would not recommend risking a purchase from vaunt design.

Delivery was quick and quality is good however there was a small scratch on one side of the upward struts and also the screw covers were hard to push on so that they were flush with the unit. We tried using a rubber mallet and gently tapping them but a couple of them broke as a result. Overall we are very pleased as the colour and grain matches our business aesthetic well.

The most awful customer service and product. The listing stated imperfections but didn’t emphasis them all. I return the item , Vaunt charges me £55 for course collection.be sceptical before buying. Now the company won’t respond for the £55 charge. Im

Beautifully made bar stools which fit perfectly in our new kitchen. Service was excellent and they arrived quickly.

We had a slight issue with one of the screws and the customer service team couldn’t have been more helpful. Easy to contact them and a very swift response sending out a replacement .

I bought a table, sideboard, and three bar chairs and couldn’t be happier with the quality – it’s absolutely incredible. The furniture was also really easy to assemble, taking minimal time and effort. Everything looks fantastic in our home, is super comfortable, and we’ve already had so many compliments from guests. Highly recommend!

I really like the products ( Moroccan lamp shade and hanging black shelving unit). I’ve had 3 of the shelves previously do can put together easily now. They look great. And they arrived very quickly.

I searched a lot for two bedside shelves, then I found the black metal ones from Vault. Ordered them, arrived very quickly, well packaged, heavy and good quality.

They are now hanging either side of our bed, looking as if they have always been there.

Would highly recommend.

The team at Vaunt seem to care about their customers. I have bought from them twice. The lampshade was different and well made. They quickly chased up the delivery company which was rather too slow at delivering.

Really impressed with how quickly the order arrived after being place. Lovely coffee table great quality. Arrived in perfect condition and exactly like the pictures. Would highly recommend!

The order was processed and delivery extremely fast. The most important part, however, is that the stools for our kitchen have exceeded our expectations. They are comfortable, practical & stylish. More so than anticipated - thank you !
