Vault Funder Anmeldelser

started the 1 step 5k Synthetics challenge.

Trades the 5 days as per the requirements and also increased my account with the 500$

But now my MT5 is not matching the web terminal and the website is stuck. WEbsite is not updating and my challenge just stays on "pending"

Emailed the support team to ask for guidance but still waiting on feedback.

They will miscalculate and find issues to not pay you out. They advertised 0 denied payouts, they look for issues with your account before you can request a withdrawal. I am officially done with South african brokers. They all scammers. The Instagram page has disappeared. Its a sign, becareful before the rug is pulled.

1 staged passed on Synthetics one more to go to funded

Spreads are good on most pairs.
It is a pleasant experience to deal with Vault Funder and support is responsive as required.

Client service is on point. Transparent and simplify everything for you to understand.

My experience with Vault Funder has been amazing in all aspects. From the moment I bought my first evaluation the client liaison officer assigned to me has been a star! I have had zero issues , the rules are clearly laid out and they have treated me like I am their number 1 and most valued client. This is a business that values their customers and I truly feel that they want growth for all their clients. It's not just about the money for them , they truly are invested in the development and growth of their clients. Truly a wonderful experience thus far!

my experience has been a positive one because there are no consistancy rules with Vault Funder compared to other prop firms.

Thank You

Started the 2 step challenge 2 weeks back & now waiting to get a funded account. The experience has been very professional and helpful.

Good company

I have been using Vault Funder for about a year. Truly the best, most transparent and honest Propfirm out there.

Everything from customer service to trading conditions are second to none.

The customer service department was pretty reliable made the whole process smooth.the company also has clear rules.

Vault funder is there for the traders, what they promise is what they deliver, no hidden clauses no hidden surprizes. As for the support, thats where they stand out, have not had one query not resolved promptly in 3 years dealing with them. Professional and reliable.

I have joined Vault Funder about 3 months ago and I am really impressed with the service that I have received. I passed the one step challenge a few weeks ago, the rules and conditions are very clear. Really happy so far.
