Ordered 2 shirts for vacation.. $109.60 Did NOT arrive until 2 weeks after I came home! 2 different sizes. Neither fit! asked for a return label and a credit, they offered $14 and keep the shirts (that do not fit) I said no thank you please refund my money and send a return label. Next was $44 and keep the shirts (that still do not fit!!) Watch out this is a Chinese company with ZERO Integrity.

Ordered 2 dresses which took a long time to arrive . When they arrived one dress fit and the other did not . I was going to return it but i figured why not Just exchange for a different style . I reached out to the customer who continuously relied with short answers and zero explanation . At no time did they apologize and say let me help to make this better . All emails were short and rude. After stating that you can return or exchange they were doing everything they could to deter pr deny my request .

Loved the colors of the blue and white - also like the material. I received them in a more timely manner - thank you.,

Absolutely horrible customer service. Thought products were made and shipped from South Carolina Ordered in early january expecting shipment in 3/6 days (as per website). Needed for a vacation beginning Feb 14 and notified company that if shipment couldn’t be delivered by the feb 12th too cancel order. Delivery was March 8. Fabric is absolutely the cheapest fabric never again trying to return items to no avail will contact credit card company to dispute charges

I am very pleased with my new sweater but I do wish I had been sent one or two emails alerting me as when to expect delivery. I saw my credit card was charged but didn’t have any idea when or if to expect delivery.

Love the dresses I received. Customer Service was prompt in response to a shipping question.
Shipping information did not update from the time the label was created and it was confusing as to if and/or when I would receive the items. I assume it was a Postal issue vs. a Varyle issue.

This company is horrible. I ordered clothing. None of which I liked and asked for a return and full refund. The played games. My total order was $253. The first response was keep the clothes we will refund $50 to you. I had to fight for DAYS and kept getting higher dollar amounts $170 but you keep the clothes. Finally I was able them to agree to let me return clothing I have no use for and get a refund. They are still saying won't refund all of my money. This is scam site. DO NOT ORDER HERE.

Talk about false information. The website indicates the clothes are manufactured in SC, USA - they took weeks to arrive via JFK, obviously made overseas. I am not against overseas manufacturing but this is truly false advertising.

The clothes are poor quality and cheap looking. I then looked at the return policy which is pretty restrictive (only if there is a defect). I plan to report this to the Better Business Bureau.

This company is a scam. The quality of the clothes is cheap and nothing fit. I wanted to send the product back for a refund and they are "bargaining" with me. The are offering $30.00 for my product I spent $150.00 on. When I tell them no, they then offer $10.00 dollars and so on. This has gone on 3x now and is slowly creeping up. I am frustrated and pissed off. All I want is my money returned and to send back their crappy product.

I wish I could give them zero stars. $187 spent on clothes. Took over a month to receive. Only received 3 out of the 4 items. Cheap material and ill fitting. They’re offering $40 in compensation. Do not buy from this company.

Good! Delivery took a little over 6 weeks.

The product is nice, great for travel. It did take over a month to get the item. I was thankful that I ordered it well in advance of when I needed it.
Customer service was helpful in assuring me it would arrive asap.

Arrived on time. Good quality and looks just like the photo.

First, the positive: these products are very nice. The style is beautiful and it appears to be well made. I haven't worn nor washed them yet so, my opinion is based on first appearances.
Next, the negative: customer service is only via email. Although their website says the product will be shipped in "x" number of days, allow 2-3 times longer! This part of the process was unsettling for me as we were going on vacation. Full disclosure: the company said that one item was ready to be shipped but, not my second item. They could not ship the one item without the second one. However, they did offer a refund. So, just be aware of the lengthy shipping -- especially as they say they are made in the USA.

Site flags as scam. No updates on order unless you contact customer service. No updated tracking information
