Rip off merchants
Placed an order for items listed as boxes of 10. They sent boxes of 5 so charged twice as much as advertised (price of 10's is going rate per unit).
What was sent was also a mix of strengths when I ordered only 20mg.
Awful customer service, their response was pretty much tough.
Having to do a chargeback through my bank. If that doesn't work then off to small claims.

Receiving boxes of 5 instead of 10, along with mixed strengths when you specifically ordered 20 mg, is completely unacceptable. You should never have been put in that position, and the response you received wasn’t appropriate.

Place order 5 days ago Still not received, order paid for. I have tried ringing constantly, have emailed sent messages still no reply. Cannot get in touch with them. !!!! Shocking to treat customers in this way. Still no order nearly a week.
I have phone constantly they are reading my WhatsApp messages and just ignoring them. They took £450. It’s no way to run a business are they now just scamming people. Do no use this company.

Still waiting on my order, 4 weeks later. I’ve been using WhatsApp to get in touch, keep responding that they will dispatch tomorrow etc… nothing.
Not sure what has gone on, I’ve purchased regularly and had no issues.

Absolutely shocking company
(100% AVOID THIS COMPANY)
I opened my vape shop in July, came across vape shop supplier which seemed to have everything I needed.
Put a few orders in, a few was a few days late, even though I paid for next day delivery.
Then put my latest order 2 months ago, was completely ignored for 6 weeks after persistently messaging, whatsapp, phone calls.
Finally some of my order came after 5 weeks, not sure where the rest of the order is because they are back to ignoring me
Avoid this company at all costs.

I’ve used these guys for over 2 years
I’ve used these guys for over 2 years. Now this latest order didn’t go as well as all of my others (13 to date) as usually my orders are out the next day and I get a call if something is out of stock.
I held off leaving a crappy review as after 13 orders and no issues I wanted to give these guys a chance.
So yesterday I received my order in full, granted this time it was over two weeks late and communication could have been better BUT I honestly believe they aren’t fraudsters and have had a major shipping problem that probably caused a major influx of communications that they haven’t been able to keep up with.
I’d say bare with them as they offer great prices and bar this order being late I’ve never not got what I’ve paid for.
Hope you guys get back on track soon.

Turned a negative to a positive
Having had trouble with last order and communication problems, I have to rectify my review. Although it took a little time they came through good and sorted my order out and gave a little extra. It has changed my view and have placed another large order with them. Fingers crossed this one goes without a hitch.

I placed my order, and I was promised a next day delivery after I have paid my postage. It has been a week today, no update for my order been dispatched. I have called many times, emailed and texted but no respond. I tend to ignore your reviews lately because I just don’t want to bebotherd. I know you guys used to have good Caustomer ship, but you have gone worse. I could have rate you to zero if that option is available.
