Terrible experience this time with the vape wholesaler . Spent £380 chased chased for over 3 months no order no refund . Previous order was 15 boxes of vape juice missing also . Still not resolved

Managers terrible there couldnt organise a party in a brewery

Ignored communications and forced me in the end to chase a refund from my credit card company instead.

Avoid if you can!

No delivery, no refund, peace of sh*t company

They always have good service. Even once I was wrong about the taste and wrote to WhatsApp. They immediately answered me and fixed my mistake

Would give zero stars if I could.
Placed an order for £247 and order never arrived. Contacted them and they spun a story about their payment provider had pulled out leaving them in the lurch and my order will be completed when they got a new provider.
Had to get my money back through my bank.
Avoid at all costs!

Cannot believe you have just sent me an email to rate my experience with you!!! It was dreadful, and I still haven't received my order despite several emails and trying to phone you on a phone that's constantly switched off. What's happened, you used to be reliable?

Spent over £300 on a order which never arrived. I had no reply from the company, couldn't get through to any one on the phone also. I had the get my money back through the bank.

AVOID!!!
Will take your money, pretend to send a refund and ask you to reorder and never send any products or refunds. All communications will stop.
I had to go through bank for refund of my money.

Absolutely shocking. Paid over £400 for order, never came, I phoned, emailed, messaged, no responses.
6 weeks now!

Ordered the 12h still no vapes no refunds said they cancelled my and refund should be in my account in hours that day which didnt happen, while rying to press me to make another order they can pack it then be out the next day LOL !! stood on in not placing another arder u till i have my 240 quid back !! Kept saying few hours ill have that money back I i didnt and im still waiting for it!! , and 6 days later I cant get hold of them no refund and you have to wait 15 days to dispute it at your bank some people have not got the money to wait nearly a month for a refund, I always ordered from here before the ban , all the whats app numbers I had for them have gone this company must be going under, they forward me an email saying worldpay has finished thier contract with them so be careful I wouldn't bother , if I could guve it 0 stars I would !! Absolutely shocking but thanks to that email with legal names and addresses on it i shall be passing it on to pleading standors as iv stated in my emails if you bother to read them ! AVOID quick vape bulk in goggle go with the first one cheaper and quick ! How unprofessional is an understatement !!!!!!

Feel like I have been had off

They are really bad for responding im waiting for my order for 2 weeks now and nothing arrived. I emailed i called no response really disappointed i had really good recommendations about them.

2.5months and still havent recieved my order, no replys, no refunds. Scammers!

Do not use, I have just spent almost £200 with this company and they have not sent a thing, blanked me for 2 weeks then said their account is on hold so can’t send anyone’s orders so they are basically taking our money and claiming theirs nothing they can do about it, scamming robbers they are, I will have to get my bank involved to help get my money back

Dreadful customer service. The last time I ordered from them the order was wrong and was never rectified. This time I placed an order I was totally ignored and fobbed off. It took for me to send a message to the main sister company for them to issue a refund. They even tried to not refund me the correct amount until I argued about it. I was messed about for over a week and sent a message claiming that I couldn’t get a refund because they were having issues with the card payment processing service which when I confronted them about it got ignored. I had to threaten to do a chargeback for them to actually refund me. Never going to use them again. Terrible company gone down bank as they used to be good

Ordered 20th December 2025, it is now the 17th February and still waiting for a response from these guys in regards to my order. I haven’t received it, they won’t answer my emails or any phone calls

Made an order months ago, no product received no refund, have tried over and over again been told i would get one, have had to report to the ombudsman
