Fast service, only problem was Royal mail delivered a day late. Probably due to the fact they are cr@p. Product is great and pricing is good.

Dear Mrs Tennyson,
Thank you for your feedback.
Invitations to provide feedback are sent out on an order by order basis and the invitation you replied to was for your first order which was delivered within 48 hours of us receiving it.
However, when you placed your second order, there was a delay because we only had a small amount of stock for the item you required.
We were waiting for new stock to arrive and in the meantime, we offered you an alternative product.
As this was not suitable for you, we sent you, we provided you with a refund.
I am very sorry for any inconvenience this has caused you.
Thank you for your patience and understanding and please let me know if you need any further assistance.
Kind regards,
Tony

Dear Ms Abbs,
Thank you very much for your positive feedback. We really do appreciate people taking the time to do this.
Your comments are extremely positive, thank you. However, your rating of two stars is very low. Is there anything you are not happy with? If this is the case, please let me know and I will do everything I can to help you.
Thank you again for your positive feedback and I look forward to hearing from you.
Kind regards,
