Thanks for taking the time to leave a review and I'm very sorry for the problems you've experienced with this order. I’m also sorry you’ve not had responses to your recent emails.

We’ve recently completed the migration of our website to a new e-commerce platform and this has caused issues with our stock management, and has also resulted in some incoming messages being incorrectly marked as spam, hence we didn’t see them.

In this case, the stock levels of this product were wrong so we couldn’t send your order the day you placed it. Normally, if this happens, we would send the order the next day when our new stock comes in and upgrade the shipping. Unfortunately the manufacturer has been out of stock of this flavour ever since.

We should have kept you updated about this but unfortunately we've been struggling to keep up.

So, we have already refunded your order in full, and the amount should be back in your account within the next 2 days.

By way of apology, when the product does come back into stock, we will send your order free of charge. I can’t guarantee when this will be, as we are at the mercy of the manufacturer, but as soon as the flavour comes in, we’ll ship it to you.

I can only apologise that this combination of factors has resulted in your having to wait so long but can assure you, as soon as 88vape have stock available we’ll get it to you.

We don't think that you purchased from us. In all likelihood, you bought from a different business with a similar name, ie vapekituk.co.uk. They are not connected with us in any way as you can see from the description above which we had to resort to try to stop people leaving complaints for them on our profile.
As we don't know anything about you except your first name, we cannot look your up on our system. The reason I don't think you bought from us is the experience you describe is not the way we operate. Occasionally items will be out of stock for all retailers, but we would never just cancel your order without offering to send it as soon as it is back in stock or, if the product had been discontinued, we’d offer an alternative or a full refund. We would always communicate with you to resolve the issue. We would never just cancel your order without trying to resolve the issue first.
We have tried to contact you via Trustpilot's flawed system, but you have not replied. You would think this would be enough to suggest to Trustpilot that maybe the review is not for the correct business, but they honestly don’t care. Their system is set up to accept unverified reviews and when we query who they are from, in an attempt to verify they are actually customers of ours, they won't help in any way. They have automated systems designed to waste your time and frustrate you to the point of exhaustion.
Why would any reviews company allow people to post unverified reviews with no functioning system in place for businesses to query reviews that could harm their business through no fault of their own? The whole system is massively open to abuse.
If you did buy from us, I’d be more than happy to help in any way I can. If you check your confirmation email you can see who your bought from. Just send us an email on support@vapekit.co.uk and we’ll resolve any outstanding issues. If you find you did buy from the other company, would you please be kind enough to remove this review?
