Choose to order from Vape At Door ,happy with my order however did not receive my free gift ( what they offered me ) Premium up to 15000+ puff Bonus device ( Mystery Model ) this is why I only gave 3 stars .Well kept informed speedy delivery ,great prices .

Always a superb service. Great choice and communication is second to none. Keep up the good work.

I had a bad experience with my last two orders from another company who confirmed they had plenty of stock of the items I wanted prior to me ordering. I placed my order straight away and the payment was taken from my bank before they contacted me to say that they were out of stock.
I then had to wait over a week to be refunded.
I was dubious about ordering from another company but contacted Dan via WhatsApp to ask if they had stock of the items I required and was reassured that they did.
I placed the order Wednesday and it was confirmed, processed and shipped out within 24 hours and I received the delivery this morning (Friday).
Absolutely over the moon with the service I received and will be definitely be placing my future orders with this company.
Honest, reliable and a top notch customer service.
Thank you so much 🙂

The communication from Dan when there was a slight problem was second to none he helped in anyway he could and problem solved quickly and efficiently. A superb site to use would fully recommend to anyone to use.

Can honestly say this is one of the best companies I've ordered from never mind the best vape company.
The customer service is outstanding, if there is any issue with an order they are immediately in contact with you to offer a solution, even one that puts them out of pocket.
