The courier marked my fridge as “delivered” when it wasn’t, and Vanstyle were slow, unhelpful and refused to send a replacement telling me I had to wait until they sorted out their issues with the courier. After weeks of chasing, the item finally turned up — literally dumped over my garden gate — and was damaged on arrival.
The return collection was quick, but that’s where the professionalism ended. Despite having the fridge back in their possession, Vanstyle hid behind their “up to 30 days” refund policy and dragged the process out with constant excuses about “systems being down” and empty promises of callbacks that never happened.
To make matters worse, the product itself appears misrepresented. It was sold as an Alpicool which have an LG compressor, yet there was no Alpicool branding anywhere and no evidence of the stated compressor — raising serious doubts about authenticity and quality.
In my experience, Vanstyle’s customer service is poor, their communication is worse, and their practices are questionable. There are far better companies to spend your money with — I strongly advise avoiding Vanstyle.

Unfortunately the courier delivered it to the wrong address and claimed falsely that I'd signed for it

Ordered something on the site. Then was told it wasn't available. Still waiting.

So the good points:
A reasonable price, £37.98 not dealer prices but not £15.00 which you can get on certain other sites.
Really quick delivery.
Easy to fit.

This is my reason for two stars...

The bad points:
I have had it in the van less than two weeks and the light lens has fallen off!

Not impressed at all. Total waste of money.

Disappointed to say the least and certainly wouldn't recommend.

Very happy with my wheels. They were delivered promptly and packaged very well, would purchase from VanStyle again!

If possible, I would give this company 0 stars !!My husband and myself ordered a bumper protector for our brand new van on the Saturday , we were notified that DHL would deliver on Tuesday , and a signature would be needed , so I took the day off work to wait in , it didn’t turn up . It’s now Friday and after several calls to Vanstyle , they have been in touch with DHL , and still can’t give us a definite date , so I am expected to take more time off work to await delivery . We have requested a refund or a replacement with a different courier , Vanstyle have refused both , and we have to wait until DHL sort out their issues , DHL are Vanstyles problem not ours !! Sort out your courier and look after your customers Vanstyle , you’ve lost another customer now .

Very happy with the product. Just slightly disappointed with the delivery. Was told the day before it was with the courier but didn't get a text until mid morning the day it was delivered which combined with the fact it had to be signed for caused me problems with getting back for 1330. Unfortunately then it wasn't delivered until 1704 which made me waste the whole afternoon away from my work which being self employed was a bit frustrating.

After pulling my hair out after buying a product for my Transporter from another company (Apologies for this,it won't happen again !!) with their poor & misleading information on how to fit the item l was getting nowhere.Last resort l went on Google & saw your detailed info on how to do it. Brilliant!! Can't thank you enough.Any future embellishments to my pride & joy.You are first choice.

Ordered the part and arrived very quickly

I drove up to your facility in bilsworth and I exchanged the parts for credit.it was not a simple exchange I had to wait for the money l had bought some money with me so that I could choose another part .i had travelled 200 miles from stoke to exchange the parts but that was not possible

Bought a few products now for my van and as always good quality product and shipped on time

Further to my review I’m now giving you one star as I do not like been called a liar why would I phone your office if I had not seen what was a clear pop up on your site the first and last time I order with you please get someone to check your website and think about your reply to my first review if you record your telephone conversations you will have the evidence right there thankyou and goodbye

Great quality trims and super fast delivery as always from van style.. purchased a few things the last couple of years from van style and they are always on point

Service was fine when making a purchase but as with other reviews here if you have a problem their customer service is none existent. My issue was down to a part error and I had to get it resolved directly with the manufacturer as Vanstyle would not respond.

Van Style great up grade products for your van. I brought window wind deflectors. Fast delivery great product and easy to fit. The look great and work well on VW t6 👍
