Went in person to collect my order and the staff were absolutely wonderful.
They were helpful with my queries and fast with bringing it out. The product was perfect and would definitely recommend purchasing from this company :)

Let down by another company, jumped online & this was in stock & ready to go . Van junkies seem well organised with clear information if item is in stock . Really pleased with the service I received, emails letting you know whats going on and delivery company were spot on too. Valve did the job perfectly & works well . Pleased how it worked into Motorhome 12mm water system.

Really speedy delivery and great price, I'd looked at other websites and availability was an issue and so was cost. I'd used Van Junkies previously with great service and so didn't hesitate to order.

From queries to ordering all was well. My order arrived and one panel was damaged and it was replaced however the replacement arrived and the design of the panel was different. My panels are to go in a visible area that are seen so to have 2 different looking panels next to each other is odd. I advised the company of this and they advised me that there is nothing they can do and its not there problem and I would need to pay to send this back as the panel is not damaged or faulty and there is no garentee the replacement would be a match. Fuming by this poor expensive experience from van junkies . I have since brought 2 others from elsewere by a reccomend company.

Great product and service, the order process made selecting the correct components very easy.

I have installed a 315 Ah battery with DC-DC, Solar and hook up for charging and a Victron Multiplus 1600 VA Inverter for 230 V power. The equipment is now installed and working perfectly.

My only recommendation would be slightly clearer instructions, with more detail on cable sizes and earthing.

Overall very happy, would defo recommend!

Nick and the team at Van Junkies replaced my solar panel - really happy with the panel they recommended and fitted and it is wonderful to have a full leisure battery! Great work and good products. I did have a few questions afterwards and these were dealt with promptly and resolved. I highly recommend them, I couldn't be happier :)

Excellent value, cheapest on the internet. Battery delivered quickly and well packaged. One slight snag: because our postcode is very long, I gave the What3Words location in the order but this was not given to the driver, so he couldn't find us.

Fantastic service , great set up, friendly and welcoming and very respectful. Really helpful and informative and great price!! Had lots of patience with all our questions. We travelled 4.5 hours and had a great day out!! Well worth it and would recommend this service. Thank you guys we are extremely pleased!!
