Our catering is drop-off style, plattered VIP style on ceramic platters or in eco-friendly recyclable craft boxes. Prepared fresh each day by our talented Chefs in our custom build commercial kitchen based in Artarmon, your will not be disappointed.

We'd love to understand a bit more about what happened with your hot food, firstly, we are so sorry that it was not up to your standard! What time were you serving/eating the food? Our records show delivery was at 4:35pm, so timing shouldn't have been a factor on our end. It's worth noting that hot food tends to hold its temperature best when there are other hot items alongside it, on its own, a single hot dish can cool faster, even though it's still lovely at room temperature. That said, we know it should have been served hot, and we want to make sure that happens. Please do reach out to us directly so we can look into this further. Thanks again for letting us know :)
