Bait and switch. Given a quote of $600. Checked to see if they could do a specific day pick up and it was guaranteed by *Eric West". I signed contract and paid $60 for something. Asked my son to speak to Eric. No chance Eric is his real name. Then the pick up date became a problem because it was a Sunday. Price went up to $950 and it had to be Saturday. We started to cancel and the hard sell came on and scare tactics of the car getting stolen. He called me on his cell phone and I asked I call him back on his phone. After using another broker, I think it's a gray industry.
