The reviews for this place are correct very poor cancelled my order and added £100 to the item contacted them and just brushed me off AVOID

After reading the reviews I was worried especially when I read another person negative comments about a swivel base for his Peugeot Boxer Motorhome. However I was pleasantly surprised with the feedback I got from both Van Conversation Shop personnel and DPD with their regular updates. Overall with my purchase it was a good service...

AVOID!! Worst shop to buy custom van equipments! As they told me that I'm a liar and not honest about my review. I'll rewrite all here again.
At first, this order is to ship to my country, it took 14 days. Then when arrived, I've checked and realized that they sent me the wrong tap, then told me to order a new one + another postage cost as they don't have policy to pay for the new order, then I paid another shipping fees.
and then I returned the tap with another postage cost! (eventhough they told me they would refund the postage cost) then they told me that this tap comes with fitting parts, which is not mentioned in their website. and I ordered with another parts so how would I know if this tap comes with fitting parts.
I told them to deduct the parts but they refused as they told this part cannot order separately from their vendor. (They don't bother to do it I believe and it's utterly unreasonable that this part cannot order separately!)
so I paid 3x shipping cost for their fault and not even refund my second shipping cost that I need to order it again! what a ridiculous company! Don't buy from this shop this is my warning to you all.

p.s. hopefully this is honest enough that you won't call me that I'm a liar again!!!

Swivel seat I bought couldn't be fitted without major alteration to car chair. I asked to return the item and service team refused to accept that I didn't like their product.
Eventually agreed to take the return and once they had it claimed it was damaged and items missing which is incorrect. They now won't send me it back without me paying delivery again, I'm having to claim through my credit card insurance and will be reporting them for aggressive service tactics to trading standards.

Very unprofessional, once they get your sale they don't want to hear from you.

Check all descriptions carefully and don't rely on photos, as the product I purchased was different, nothing wrong with the quality but cost me £10 in postage for nothing...

Placed an online order from these guys recently for a set of Remis cab blinds. They were the cheapest I could find online. I placed the order on a Sunday & was hoping for delivery before the following Friday as we were going away and a mega heatwave had been forecast. I emailed & explained this and said I'd be happy to pay for a premium delivery service if necessary. I received a swift response assuring me there was no need to pay extra and that the blinds would be with me in good time. Good to their word, the delivery arrived on the Thursday. My partner fitted the blinds himself and we are incredibly pleased with the quality of product and service received. Would definitely order again from vanconversionshop.co.uk and highly recommend to others. Thanks guys!
