Les produits sont très bien en rapport qualité / prix.
Cependant, j'ai commandé 2 articles et je n'en ai reçu qu'un. Le SAV ne répond pas aux emails.

Placed a large order as a gift. It’s been more that a week, and still not received. Tried to call dpd and they said vancasso cancelled the pick up. Emailed vancasso and no response. Very very very poor customer service. There are plenty of other brands where you can safely order - given this was a gift, it gives me anxiety.

The issues:
1. Looks like a scam (I keep checking because it looks so suspicious). "Vancasso-microsoft" what is the connection?????????
2. Payment is through "Shop" which has a trust pilot rating of 1.1 (1959 reviews) :|
3. The site sells stock that they do not maintain
4. They did offer an alternative, but did not respond to my answer
5. Radio silence
6. More radio silence
7. Still radio silence

The story below:

Ordered the Lumi and Simi tableware sets.
Vancasso sends me an email that reads exactly like a scam email (the emsils that try to get useable info), telling me there is an issue. Even the title of their email "vancasso-microsoft" does not look legit and raises issues.
Payment is organized through "Shop" which, by the way, has a trust pilot rating of 1.1 (1959 reviews). This now raises more alarms.
I have checked the support email address against the address supplied on my order by "Shop" and they are the same. So no excuse for the poor Vancasso service.
Vancasso (not a scam; apparently) informed me that they had no lumi set even though is still shown as available on the site. They offered me another Simi set.
I contacted them to see how long it would take to restock.
Radio silence.
Still radio silence.

If you are patient and like being messed around, they might be ok.
If not, steer clear.

I ordered goods that were to be delivered in 3 packages. The largest of the 3 has not yet been delivered, Vancasso refers to the extra care free-seal insurance that I took out but did not say that the deadline for it is 6 days. In contact with Vancasso they prolonged the time and the issue is now resolved. It is a shame with this delivery-problem because the items that I did receive was lovely.

Excellente expérience avec l'équipe Vancasso. J'ai commandé un premier service Amber bleu de 24 pièces. Et étant entièrement satisfaite, j'en ai commandé un 2ème de 16 pièces pour compléter. Mais, je ne sais pas ce qui s'est passé, mais il y a eu une erreur dans la commande et il est arrivé en vert. L'équipe Vancasso a pris les choses en mains et j'ai pu renvoyé le colis et recevoir le nouveau service en bleu. Je recommande à 100% tant par la qualité des échanges, leur gentillesse et la qualité du service bien entendu!

Commande reçue après plus d’un mois d’attente, et à l’arrivée quasi tout était cassé. Toutes les assiettes ont été reçues brisées.
L’emballage est totalement inadapté pour des produits aussi fragiles, avec une protection insuffisante à l’intérieur du colis.

Après les problèmes de livraison, cela aggrave encore une expérience déjà très mauvaise.
Je ne recommande pas du tout ce vendeur.

J’attends désormais le traitement sérieux de mon dossier de remboursement pour revoir ma note mais l’expérience est dans tous les cas honteuse

EDIT : j’ai été remboursé en intégralité, et sans procédure a rallonge, l’assurance est obligatoire parcontre

Beautiful dinner plates, high quality material for a great price, item arrived quickly and very securely which helped stop any potential breakage, highly recommend. Would buy from this seller again.

These plates are beautiful, I purchased the dinnerware set a few years back and wanted to add some additional plates so I just ordered the set of six plates this time. The color was a little different maybe a little less vibrant but still beautiful and not different enough to notice if you weren’t looking for that. I just love when I have company for dinner seeing all the different shades of blue and greens on the table it sets a festive feeling for me. I am someone who is emotionally affected by pretty colors and have not found dinnerware that I like as much as I like these.

I received a shipping date for my order of 8 pasta bowls. I got about 8 emails regarding delivery and their delays. Finally got the product and as soon as picked it up off of the porch we could hear the broken dishes. Tried to contact Vancasso which was extremely difficult. Finally got my email to go through and got a response right away asking me to send photos. I did.
The company did get back to me and sent me another set of bowls (through Fed-Ex instead of UPS) that arrived unbroken at no charge.

Product is very nice and delivery was super quick
