It’s hard to see what an item is really like when you order it on line, but I can honestly say I was so impressed with my light , it makes my room look amazing.

Lovely floor lamp in my living room. I have put it in the corner of the room and the light makes it nice and cosy.

It was actually lovely in first sight, way better than I thought, if you are looking to add wood tones around greys then this perfect and the service was brilliant, well packed and trust me it was value for money a steal.

My order was delivered really quickly and was well packaged. Really pleased with my new touch lamp which creates a very cosy atmosphere in my son's bedroom. Also ordered a selection of bulbs. Overall, I'm very happy with my products and feel they are very good value for money.

My experience was HORRENDOUS. Evri lost my parcel and to communicate with both Evri and Value lights I was communicating with a chatbot. Every time I communicated with ‘them,’ they kept telling me how sorry they were and how they were doing everything they could to rectify the situation, it has been a very frustrating experience. I bet the company will now reply to this review with a human, which goes to show how much they care about their customers! It has been over two weeks and still no lights but I have been promised a refund.

I brought a ceiling rose from ValueLights. A very simple small product but it had lots of helpful features that made it very easy to fit.

I purchased two ceiling fans which are absolutely great. They look lovely and work really well.

Unfortunately one wobbled quite badly and we could see one of the blades was at a different angle to the others. Closer inspection showed the blade bracket didn't match the rest.

I contacted Value Lights expecting loads of hassle (I had bought the fans in August but only just got round to getting in an electrician to install). However, my query was picked within 24 hours and I received an immediate resolution from Callum, which was to supply a replacement bracket.

It arrived two days later, no charge, and with some spares.

I was a bit blown away to be honest. Dealing with most companies feels like a fight these days, with numerous emails to get even the smallest issue rectified. Value Lights provided a truly refreshing level of high-quality, professional customer service.

I would highly recommend and special thanks go to Callum for his help.

Lamp came very quickly but unfortunately the shade was slightly damaged. The company gave me a 20 per cent refund rather than returning. Which I took, because it was too heavy for me to return it.
