You state that “payment confirmed funds were not received,” yet you have never once provided a provider-side statement, reconciliation report, or refund reference. I was asked for sensitive financial documents repeatedly while you offered no verifiable evidence from your own systems.
You now claim I did not submit statements for one specific date (24 Aug 2025), despite the fact that full documentation was already shared across multiple escalations. Focusing on a single date after months of evidence does not constitute dispute resolution.
Repeating the same requests without issuing a credit, refund, or final written determination is not support. It is procedural stalling.
Additionally, I repeatedly requested clear, verifiable licensing details. I was only told that such information was “on the website,” yet no regulator, license number, or jurisdiction has ever been provided.
It is written so other users understand what happens when deposits are debited, withdrawals are declined, and documentation is requested in endless loops without accountability.
If you genuinely intend to resolve this, the path is simple:
Credit the disputed funds, or

My latest bank statement, bank replies, payment screenshots, and Valor deposit history have been provided multiple times over four months. Despite this, the money has neither been refunded to my bank nor credited to my wallet. Any claim that my issue has been resolved is false and misleading to other users.

Valor stated that my issue was resolved. This is incorrect. Funds from August 2025 have still not been returned or credited. Customer support continues to request the same documents in a loop. Large withdrawals are repeatedly declined. Bonus “slabs” are promoted but not honored. Human responses are rare; most replies are automated.

I used platforms operating under the ValorBet name, including domains that redirect between valorbet.in / valor.bet and an operational domain valorbetxxl.top. While the platform claims all operations are governed by the same entity and policies, my experience raised serious concerns.
Key issues faced:
1) Deposits debited but not credited
Multiple deposits were successfully debited from my bank account but were never credited to the platform. Despite providing full proof (bank statements, transaction IDs, platform screenshots, and bank confirmations), the platform repeatedly stated that their payment provider “did not receive funds” and redirected responsibility back to me without providing any refund reference or reconciliation proof.
2) Repeated withdrawal declines
High-value withdrawals were declined multiple times without clear or final justification. This pattern prolonged usage instead of resolving the issue.
3) Circular, AI-style support responses
Support repeatedly lost context, asked for the same documents again, and gave generic replies. Issues were delayed rather than resolved.
4) Excessive requests for sensitive documents
Users are repeatedly asked for personal bank statements even after sufficient documentation has already been submitted.
5) License transparency concerns

1. Withdrawal Blocked - not getting proper response
I have tried withdrawing the amount multiple times again. However, the issue still persists. Each time I attempt to withdraw, I continue to receive the same error message: “Withdrawal blocked. Please contact support. Even I was contacted with support they are not responding correctly and not providing actual issue

2. Never give option to change password
I am unable to access my account as I have forgotten my password. When I try to reset it through the app, it shows that a temporary password recovery email has been sent to my registered email address. However, I have not received any such email.

I have already checked my Inbox, Spam, and Promotions folders multiple times, but there is no email related to password recovery.
