I am a first time customer. I ordered my medication amd it was approved and sent to pharmacy. Unfortunately ot has been three week and I still have not recieved my medication.

Service and response TERRIBLE!!!!
Up until the recent order, they’ve been good. They went to a new pharmacy, and the new pharmacy sucks. I have a prescription for and have been on Tirzepatide since I started with them. This last order they substituted Semigutide, which is not the same thing. It only has one GLP antagonist where the Tirzepatide has two GLP antagonists, which works better. The one they substituted creates lots of side effects, which I can’t tolerate. When you have a problem like this, you have to create what they call a “ticket” which I have done and they keep responding and closing it, but not resolving my issue! Unless they can resolve my issues, I will never order from them again and I will seek refunds through my credit card company.

I am so happy with Valhalla Vitality. They have the prescription I need and the Dr. visit was easy. She took her time and gave other options to see what I wanted. She did not try to push things on me that I didn't want.
Be aware that there are some pharmacy issues once in a while and the meds were late but I feel they compensated for that.

Customer Service has tanked lately
I've been a client for a few years. Customer service USED to be wonderful. Now, I can't reach anyone or get assistance with my issues. I have tried to get a consult now twice, and I have been unsuccessful. I've been told that someone would reach out...it does not happen. Very frustrating experience.

I was hesitant to look for wellness products online, but I was referred to Valhalla by a friend. It was quick and easy to create an account, browse products, and shop around. Once I had an idea of the product I wanted, I purchased it and waited for prescription approval. (No worries if you don't get approved- you get a full refund!) Turn-around time was less than 7 days, and the product showed up just as I expected!

Horrible customer service
Impossible to speak to a human. Kaduceus Pharmacy is a total joke which is the pharmacy Valhalla Vitality chose to send the medication. The voicemail has been full for over a week so no way to speak with a pharmacist about the medication they sent. I have been on Tirzepatide before and this is either not Tirzepatide or they lied about the milligram. When I asked for my money back Valhalla has not responded.

My coach is wonderful. The product works. I have lost 5 pounds in the first week. Navigation on the portal is difficult but with excellent customer service support I was able to get what I needed.

Outside of few customer services issues going with Valhalla has been a life changing choice for me. My insurance will not pay for any of the meds and buying them directly is outrageous priced but the prices thru Valhalla were much affordable and they offer great discounts!
I've been on Trizepatide thru them now over a year and I've lost 150 lbs so far.
Life changing is an understatement; I haven't felt this good in I don't know when. I love the way it makes ,e feel!

It Works !!!
I have been using Valhalla Vitality Product Phentermine for a couple months now. They curb my appetite and gives me energy. We have to do the work to watch what you eat. but you definitely got to work out. If we don't work out the fat we lose will stay flabby.

I was referred to Valhalla by my… brother
I was referred to Valhalla by my brother, who had recently signed up and used tirzepatide to lose 30lbs. I signed up myself with a goal to lose 60lbs. The process was simple and painless,(except for the price tag). I bought the 75mg vial and though it was expensive, it was WELL WORTH the price as I lost 60 lbs with one vial, over a couple months time. I decided to lose an additional 20 lbs so I signed up for another round. This plan has been one of the best investments I’ve ever made.

The company is wonderful and the response with the AI customer support was very helpful. It would be nice if there was a problem to be able to actually speak to someone. It takes a bit to process your order with the pharmacy but after the shipping is pretty quick.
