We moved house with Vale this weekend and the experience was brilliant. I chose them because of the sensitive way they handled my mum’s house clearance a couple of years ago so I already knew how professional they were.
Tom came to quote and I expressed my concern about moving the heavy, century-old piano. He was very reassuring.
Move day was seamless. Simon, John, Bailey, Rhys and Nelson worked so hard. They packed the vans really fast and unpacking was just as smooth. Large items of furniture were expertly dismantled reassembled. Washing machine plumbed in. Everything put in the right place. No breakages. And the piano? I needn’t have worried.

The whole team have been fantastic from start to finish. Chris was really helpful when he came to do a quote, and replied really promptly and thoroughly to emails so we knew exactly what to expect ahead of moving day. On packing day, the team were so efficient and got the job done quickly but were also really careful with all our items. Even when problems arose on moving day, they were calm and guided us through everything. They got the job done brilliantly. We couldn’t be more grateful and would highly recommend for anyone moving.

Made clearing my late mother's house of fifty years worth of contents much less stressful than it could have been. Chris was quick, fair & efficient with his valuation of the contents and endlessly patient in dealing with our changing list of what was to be kept and what removed.
The removal process itself was swift, thorough and efficient. More than willing to lug some very heavy items and deliver them to my sister. Nothing was too much trouble.
It is great to know that very little was wasted and much has been moved on to appreciative new homes.

Had a contract exchange and completion confusion , recognised national removals companies insisting on prepayment and heavy delay clauses , a friend recommended I call VALE and Chris pulled out of the strings and got a slot and survey expedited immediately , a date with in a week which we needed , and terms and conditions unbelievable compared to the established national carriers , the whole procedure is based on offering the client as much help as I need to get the move efficiently organised with a timely delivery . We were moving 200 miles and the. Team worked tirelessly to ensure everything was seamless and fuss free , I could eulogise for ever, but just call or e mail or what’s app and find out for yourself what a gold service is . Thank you

Chris and all his staff have given us an excellent service throughout and steered us through what could have been a very difficult time. We have been kept fully informed on timings and they fitted in with our requirements including having to store the contents of our house until our new property was ready. The delivery guys were amazing and carried out the collection and delivery with great care and courtesy. They were very friendly and made the whole experience as good as it could be from the packers to the handling of heavy items of furniture. The all round service including disposal of unwanted items could not have been better. We would not hesitate in recommending this company to anyone both for excellent service at a reasonable cost.

A wonderful service from start to finish. Lovely friendly team, totally professional and did a brilliant job of packing and moving us! Our move date changed and this was no problem at all, they accommodated us and fitted us in on the new requested date immediately. They also took away/re-homed unwanted items. Highly recommend - 10/10!
