Professional...Effective... Outstanding Service⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I have never previously used VaiVan. The process of making a reservation was simple, and the customer support agent was really helpful. My needs were taken into consideration, and the right-sized vehicle was ordered.
My driver's contact was good, giving me updates both before and on the day of removal, and the tracking system was simple to use. The van arrived on time, and the driver helped me load and unload my belongings at my destination.
VaiVan provided excellent customer service, and I will use them again in the future.

This was the second time I have used VaiVan. Booking was very simple and the customer agent was very helpful. My requirements were discussed so that the correct size van was ordered.
The tracking service was easy to use and communication from my driver was great, giving me updates before and on the day of removal. The van arrived at the correct time and the driver helped me load the van and unload at my destination address.

Super friendly and professional. They arrived on time and very helpful. Highly recommended and definitely will use again.

Great service! Driver and helper were both fast and v professional, on time and did a great job! Second time using them already, same quality service! Def recommend!

Really quick and efficient service - the guys were really friendly. Would definitely use again

Good service. Very helpful and even helped packing the remaining items that I didn't have and also wrapped my paintings for proper transportation.

These guys are brilliant they turn up on time and handle your items with care they pack all of your things neatly into the van so there is no movement and everything is well protected with blankets and straps.
They are polite and they take the stress out of moving, I highly recommend and I would use them again and again.

Great! Very professional, kind and helpful, despite the utter chaos and mess that our flat was amidst packing (next time I'll leave it to professionals). I could not believe how easy it was to book online, too. Unbelievably straightforward experience.

Mohammed and his colleague were very helpful, polite and prompt. They actually arrived early, were very calm, worked hard and did a great job. I'd definitely recommend VaiVan based on my experience today.

Best moving service I’ve had! On time, organised and very careful so no need to worry about damaged furniture.
Highly recommend.

Mohammed and his team are excellent
They went the extra miles for us in moving home easily. They are fantastic and professional. Will recommend them, once again thanks so much for your help

VaiVan were professional & their customer service was exceptional.
The company kept me informed prior to & upon arrival. Communication was excellent from the driver & was friendly & polite.
All my boxes were handled with care & put into the according rooms.
I received a phone call post moving to confirm if my move went well & if I was satisfied with their service.
Very happy customer & I highly recommend VaiVan.
Thank you for making my move stress free! :)

MOHAMAD and ALAN both performed admirably. The removal has truly pleased me. It was expert, swift, and effective. Nice individuals, pleasant conversation, excellent service rendered. Because of the positive environment they created while loading and unloading my personal items, I am feeling fantastic today even though I was stressed when they arrived (packing is hard!). Well done! Thanks a lot! Gratitude to VaiVan Would highly recommend and use again⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very user-friendly and prompt service; I will certainly use again!
Very speedy service and very user-friendly. I needed to carry a very huge piece of art from North to South London. The artwork was very carefully protected and secured during the service. The two drivers were courteous and even helped carry the artwork to the first-floor apartment. Gratitude to VaiVan Would highly recommend and use again👏⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is our second time using their van service. Very good customer support. Highly recommended.

Very pleasing experience. Professional, kind and neat carriage.

Excellent service over the phone when booking...clear information with minimal fuss.
VaiVan was amazing from the initial point of contact - the customer service is immediate, professional, and extremely helpful with their responses they guided me through all the processes of obtaining a quote (VaiVan had given me an estimate in a few minutes over the phone, emailed them to me, and gave them to my phone number via a text message) I was so delighted compared to my previous experiences with other moving companies and their painstaking long procedure of merely too.

The two delivery guys were really nice very fast and efficient offloading to the exact place I asked. Furniture had been well looked after on the journey. Would definitely use again and would recommend to anyone.

Great service would highly recommend
Really helpful customer service team, guided me through the process of booking, competitively priced too. Kept me up to date via email and text on when the collection/drop off all on time too. Collection and drop off of items handled with care, really good service VaiVan would highly recommend.
