So I’ve moved from Fresha to Vagaro, Liam has been extremely helpful with the move and has pretty much held mine and my teams had all the way through. Estera built our website (which is included) and omg she’s nailed the brief!
My only negative feedback about the move would be I don’t find the system as compatible with mobile phones as Fresha was, it’s also slower and not as smooth to use but we’re getting used to it

Absolutely brilliant customer service on boarding Help with every single aspect of the booking system also weekly calls enabling you to understand how to work it
Vegaro really puts their heart into their customers and offers you calls and a WhatsApp space to speak to your advisor 11 out of 10 I give them five stars and more

Jack at Vagaro is very helpful and prompt as well as detailed. He has given me the same amount of help before I became a vagaro customer as after signing up, which is usually where others fail! Thank you for helping me build and grow my business.

Liam was friendly, professional and explained everything well, from adding services to how to use the Card Processing System.

Liam is amazing.. he’s always on the phone trying to help us… with the new updates you have done we’ve had quite a few issues and he’s been helping a lot… we really appreciate his help.

Great value and really good support. We’ve just had a new website designed by Estera and the whole process was straightforward and enjoyable. She was great to deal with and gave me confidence from the start that we’d end up with something really good.

The team at Vagaro here in the UK are simply brilliant. Owen has been so helpful when I explained what I required from an online booking and payments platform to be embedded as an external “add on” to my site. He has taken the time to go through what can be done - all of which has been amazing, and been very patient when I have had questions. So far Vagaro has been working really well for me and compared to what I had before it’s much easier to navigate- I wish I had it earlier! Would highly recommend Vagaro and its UK team!

I've just moved from Fresha due to constant hidden pricing and waiting weeks for response to emails. With Carl at Vagaro I get a WhatsApp response within the hour, day or night. The customer service is exceptional and they set the whole app up for you and moved all existing data from your current booking system. The transition was near flawless. Can't recommend enough🙂

Vagaro is just my new booking system for my business!
And I can see already the different against Treatwell. Much more adaptable for small business as mine, Well supported from the very beginning, whenever you need the support from them.It makes also, a huge different as well for a small business the crazy fees TW charge you for every single client and the same after a year with the same clients, just crazy.Impossible to maintain it. So happy I found Vagaro with a brilliant support team...:)))
