Very fast shipping to US, jacket quality was amazing, it’s my NHL favorite jacket now and wearing it almost every day, specially now, when is NHL playoff. I ordered a custom jacket. Somewhere along the line the measurements were mistaken resulting in me receiving a jacket that didn't fit. The company was quick to provide a new jacket at a discounted rate while allowing me to donate the first coat. The second jacket had an issue with a snap. Again, the company remedied the situation by authorizing me to find a tailor to fix the issue at their expense. Even with a few bumps along the way, the experience was outstanding. Customer service was quick and positive. The quality of the jacket was excellent and it draws compliments each time I wear it.

I ordered a nice jacket and received it but ended up not needing it after all. I started a return on it, but the seller knew it was going to be expensive to return to Pakistan from the USA (I checked also and it is quite expensive), so he ended offering me a 41% credit (based on my cost with shipping) and allowed me to keep the jacket so I wouldn't have to go thru the process of returning it. He said he had no problem with me reselling it on ebay to make up the difference in cost/shipping. I took the offer because sending to Pakistan would be a hassle. Great job by the seller.
