So after cancelling my subscription, which I do not use, twice, I finally thought I'd solved the issue and could move on happily. Well, today I've just been charged again. I am beyond angry at this. I HAVE CANCELLED. I do not want anything from V1CE. Why are you still charging me??

I've had my V1CE card for a few years now and use it regularly. I needed to make some changes and I was unaware of a software update that meant I couldn't. However, after chatting to the brilliant Nelli, I realised the issue had an easy workaround. Before she ended the call she asked if I'd had a look at the other tools. She took some time to show me the other features that I hadn't used before. The customer service was excellent and I was really grateful to Nelli for her help.

Victor, the AI chat service, greets you right away and walks you through your card options. It's honestly a solid AI platform — and the moment something falls outside its scope, it seamlessly hands you off to a live CS rep.
That's how Nelli became my primary contact. She helped me from the initial order all the way through pulling my card from pre-production so I could make one final update (my OCD needed it) before sending it back into the queue to be completed. — Overall, the card turned out well. While I plan to make a few adjustments to optimize the image contrast, I'm pleased with the final result.
While I waited for my physical card, Nelli also helped me submit a few special requests through their "Roadmap" platform. Roadmap is constantly evolving based on customer input to improve V1CE's user interface — which is free for anyone who taps or scans your card to view and save your contact info. You're also not limited to one design; you can create additional templates as your needs change. And if you're ever without your physical card, you can share a mirror image saved to your digital wallet the same way.
V1CE also offers a paid upgrade with CRM and other add-ons that expand your networking capabilities and add security in case your card is ever lost or stolen. Beyond being high quality (a huge perk if you're tired of standard paper business cards), it adds a nice tech factor and a bit of swag to the whole experience. The 30-day trial of the upgraded platform is easy to opt out of if you'd rather not pay. I just wish the countdown began upon receiving the physical card, not upon profile completion.
I've only tried two other companies in this space, and V1CE has by far had the quickest communication and easiest process for updating your card's format to fit your needs.
I'm still in the early stages — I just received my card via UPS (which has been a reliable carrier in my experience) — but it's already an awesome product, and I love how customizable it is to fit exactly what I need. Once I've had more time to use it day-to-day, I'll happily come back and update my review.

Everything from ordering the card to designing it for was very simple and I was very impressed with the product when it arrived. I’ve ran into a bit of trouble late in the day and Nelli, a human customer support agent was still available to assist with linking the card to my profile. If this was a publicy traded company I would be buying shares in it.

I still didn't get the product. This company works with UPS, which is the worst delivery company I experienced ever (with very bad reviews all over the world). They promised me 4 times they'd deliver the package "tomorrow before the end of the day" (which is already a too big timepath). Until now a very bad experience.

Update after response: I don't care about 3,4,5, 7 days delivery. This company promised me 4 (!) times the package would be delivered tomorrow before the end of the day. I care about promises not being kept. And V1CE hires this company, the contract is between V1CE and UPS.
That said. I got the card. And I am very disappointed. I asked for a matte gold version and there is a flaw in the result that wasn't in the design. I can't recommend V1CE, sorry.

Ms Nelli responded to a very complicated shipping of the smartphone business card that I had ordered. The order had to be shipped to a different country and then to a different address since I was traveling overseas and moving from one city to another. But Ms. Nelly repeatedly came through with her patience and perseverance, until the order was shipped to the right place.

Extremely smooth ordering process. Their designer (Jong Orocio) did an absolutely fabulous treatment on our logo, and the entire process was something I will recommend to others.

Nelli offered great customer service on an order that I needed expedited to arrive on time. Highly recommend. Will update once I receive it and let you know how the product actually works

Whilst undergoing chemotherapy for my cancer and unaware of a spell of 'chemo brain fog' I placed an order for a v1ce product I already owned! Once my head cleared I contacted v1ce Customer Service to request cancellation of my order... My request was handled with a kind and very effective response from Nelli... order cancelled and refund is on its way... Phew!

We have been using the NFC business card product for the last 3 years. The service is excellent and the quality of the product is very good 👍.
