If I could give a zero I would
If I could give a zero I would. Avoid at all costs!!! Customer service is absolutely deplorable. They offer no resolution to problems. Although they state customer service satisfaction guaranteed on there website. Couldn't be further from the truth. Was my first and last time ordering from here.

I'm truly sorry to hear about your less than paw-some experience with us, UwU4Dogs. 😔 Your feedback is incredibly important to us, and we take it seriously. Failure to deliver x2 update
Failure to deliver x2, apparently’damaged in transit’ on both occasions, and I had to chase to find out. Now awaiting refund - watch this space.
Refund is now in my account so the company did respond promptly. However, I don’t like their system of using the ‘Shop’ app for tracking, and making the customer email them for a tracking number. All very clunky and time-consuming
