Lamp Arrived with Broken bulb. Cannot get support to reply what to do. I just need a bulb!

I bought three after starting prostate cancer, all three failed in days to weeks, I don't have a copy of my original order but i did send one back at my expense for repair. I was denied help for not having the invoice! It smelled good when it worked now I'm out three and they were expensive !

Advertisement suggest it was UK based and stock readily available, been 15 days plus and still not delivered. Coming from China. Was supposed to be delivered last night between 20h30 and 22h30, according to Uvilizer’s customer care. Think will never get my delivery. Maybe just another Chinese scam.Would prefer to give a zero rating

SCAM!!! Don’t waste your money! I bought 4- 3 stopped working within months - and the company will not respond!!! There’s no phone - they don’t respond to emails and delete any social media comments begging for assistance. Absolute waste of money -

Not having the option to speak with a live person is so annoying. I have questions that their FAQ did not address. I emailed them, however, the email was undeliverable, as if the support did not exist.

This makes the 6th Uvilizer that I’ve purchased over the past 2 years. I have gifted 5 to friends & family. We all enjoy them! Using it has drastically cut down on my allergies. My home has a refreshing/clean scent. It was delivered 2 days later than expected, but I’m glad it arrived before Christmas (as it is a gift). Thank you Uvilizer for an awesome reliable product.
