We’re sorry to hear that you feel you received poor service and that there was confusion regarding the charges. It is seldom that our staff are described as rude, and we take comments like this seriously. We will speak with the team to ensure that the appropriate standards of customer service are maintained.
Regarding the price increase, the change was due to the discount applied during your first month coming to an end. We apologise for any confusion this may have caused and appreciate that this may not have been clear at the time.
We hope to welcome you back should you require store in the future.
Friendly staff

Thousands Paid, Mice Included
We paid thousands for a year of storage and were devastated when we returned to clear out our unit. Mice had apparently made themselves at home, destroying thousands of pounds’ worth of books and soiling other boxes.
Despite paying for insurance, the claims process was a nightmare. We spent months providing lists, photos and replacement costs, while management repeatedly stalled, changed and made promises of compensation that went nowhere.
We were treated appallingly throughout. Paying thousands for supposedly secure storage only to find our belongings badly damaged was incredibly upsetting. We would never use this company again.
